As a Tour Representative, you are the face of Apollo, committed to making our customers' vacation dreams a reality. From the moment they arrive, you will be there to guide and care for them. You will host engaging welcome meetings, lead exciting excursions, and provide assistance as needed. Your role includes enhancing each customer's experience with your knowledge, as well as promoting our excursions and add-on products. In addition to customer interactions, you will handle administrative tasks and maintain strong relationships with local partners at the destination.

As a Swim Instructor, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to making our customers' vacation dreams come true. You will lead the Apollo Swim School in a safe and enjoyable environment, at one of our Apollo Mondo Family or Apollo Sports hotels. In addition to teaching swimming skills to both children and adults, you will also handle general service tasks at the hotel, such as information meetings, service times, airport duties, and working in our kids club. Ultimately, this exciting role offers the chance to make a significant impact on customers' vacations by combining swim instruction with exceptional customer service.

As a Sports Representative, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to making our customers' vacation dreams come true. Working as a sport representative, you will be the main responsible for executing sport activities at one of our Apollo Mondo or Apollo Sports hotels, ensuring an engaging and inclusive experience for customers of all ages. You will lead a variety of workouts, including yoga, core, HIIT, and Aqua, adapting to the participants' needs. In addition to sports activities, you will be part of our service team, assisting with tasks such as information meetings, service times at the hotel, and transfers.

As a Customer Relation Representative, you will be a vital part of the operations at our Contact Center abroad, delivering exceptional customer service both online and over the phone according to established guidelines and processes. You will become an expert in all the destinations covered by the Contact Center, knowledgeable about local traditions, customs, religions, and events. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity by addressing customer needs and resolving their problems. Additionally, you will work toward meeting sales targets by promoting ancillary products and services. This role also involves regular collaboration with stakeholders at the destinations you serve, including hotels, suppliers, and other employees.

As an Economy Supervisor, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to making our customers' vacation dreams come true. In addition to working with customer service-related tasks such as information meetings and airport duties, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations at the destination and manage all accounting and financial processes. This includes tasks like reviewing agent and hotel invoices, verifying financial data against the destination's budget, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, you will train other staff on financial procedures and ensure compliance with company standards. You will report directly to the Destination Manager, who holds overall responsibility for the destination’s finances, and to the head office in Sweden.

As a Destination Manager, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to turning our customers' vacation dreams into reality. You are the prime responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at your destination, ensuring both high customer satisfaction and sales performance. Leading your team effectively, you ensure that all destination activities align with Apollo’s goals, directives, and guidelines. Your role includes various administrative tasks, such as managing the destination’s budget, maintaining quality standards, and updating local marketing materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders, including hotels, suppliers, and other partners. You will report directly to one of the Regional Managers.

As a Concept Supervisor, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to turning our customers' vacation dreams into reality. You will manage, coordinate, and execute daily operations at one of our Apollo Mondo or Apollo Sports Hotels, working closely with your team. Your primary responsibility is to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by taking care of customers, leading your team, and serving as the vital link between the hotel and Apollo in daily operations. Additionally, you will promote and sell add-on products, such as concept activities and excursions, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

As a Concept Representative at one of our Apollo Mondo or Apollo Sports hotels, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to turning our customers' vacation dreams into reality. You will work with the daily operations in our hotel such as service times, information meetings, training and kids club activities. Your role includes actively promoting and selling Apollo’s additional products, such as the children’s club, swimming school, and excursions. You will split your time between administrative tasks and customer interactions. Your presence ensures customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
