Concept Supervisor

As a Concept Supervisor, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to turning our customers' vacation dreams into reality. You will manage, coordinate, and execute daily operations at one of our Apollo Mondo or Apollo Sports Hotels, working closely with your team. Your primary responsibility is to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by taking care of customers, leading your team, and serving as the vital link between the hotel and Apollo in daily operations. Additionally, you will promote and sell add-on products, such as concept activities and excursions, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Knowledge requirements

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years working experience, ideally in service or the tourism industry

Leadership experience: A minimum of one year experience from leading others

Education: Completed 3-year upper secondary education

Driver’s License: Valid Class B driver’s license

Language Skills: Fluency in a Scandinavian language, along with fluent spoken and written English
