Job description

As a Concept Representative, you work at one of our Apollo Mondo Family Resorts. You are Apollo's public face to guests and partners and is available daily for our guests. As Concept Representative, you work actively with the sale of our additional products such as children's club, swimming school and excursions. You work both administratively and among our guests where you help on arrival and departure, at events and as a mascot.

What does it take to apply?

You want to give your guests a fantastic holiday. You are responsive to the needs and desires of both small and big guests and like to create added value for them. You prioritize and make decisions easily. You easily express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. You are trustworthy and professional. College studies and work in the travel industry, preferably abroad, is meritorious. It is a plus if you know Danish, Norwegian or Finnish.
