Concept Representative
As a Concept Representative at one of our Apollo Mondo or Apollo Sports hotels, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to turning our customers' vacation dreams into reality. You will work with the daily operations in our hotel such as service times, information meetings, training and kids club activities. Your role includes actively promoting and selling Apollo’s additional products, such as the children’s club, swimming school, and excursions. You will split your time between administrative tasks and customer interactions. Your presence ensures customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
Knowledge requirements
Education: Completed 3-year upper secondary education
Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the service, hotel, or restaurant industry
Driver’s License: Class B
Language Skills: Fluency in a Scandinavian language, along with fluent spoken and written English
What it takes to apply
To succeed as a Concept Representative, you should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should be attentive to the needs of both children and adults, always looking for ways to add value to their holiday. You should also be confident in expressing yourself, both spoken and written, in one Scandinavian language and English. Academical studies and previous work experience in the travel industry, particularly abroad, are beneficial. Familiarity with another Scandinavian language besides your native one is also a plus.
