
Tour Representative
As a Tour Representative, you are the face of Apollo, committed to making our customers' vacation dreams a reality. From the moment they arrive, you will be there to guide and care for them. You will host engaging welcome meetings, lead exciting excursions, and provide assistance as needed. Your role includes enhancing each customer's experience with your knowledge, as well as promoting our excursions and add-on products. In addition to customer interactions, you will handle administrative tasks and maintain strong relationships with local partners at the destination.
Knowledge requirements
Education: Completed 3-year upper secondary education
Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year, ideally in service, hotel, or restaurant industries
Language Skills: Fluency in a Scandinavian language, along with fluent spoken and written English

As the first point of contact for customers, you will respond to questions, fulfil their wishes, and handle any situation with calm professionalism. Your excellent communication skills will help you engage with a wide variety of customers, each with unique needs. As a destination expert, you will share insights into local history, culture, and must-see attractions, inspiring customers with your knowledge and passion. Ultimately, this role is about making every customer feel valued and supported, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories.
A passion for service and attentiveness to the needs of customers of all ages is essential in this role. You should feel confident making decisions and act independently when needed.
Experience in the travel, service, or restaurant industry is highly valued, as well as academic studies. Additionally, long-term experience abroad, experience as a youth leader, or fluency in another Scandinavian language will further enhance your application and distinguish you as an ideal candidate.
