Destination Manager

As a Destination Manager, you are the face of Apollo, dedicated to turning our customers' vacation dreams into reality. You are the prime responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at your destination, ensuring both high customer satisfaction and sales performance. Leading your team effectively, you ensure that all destination activities align with Apollo’s goals, directives, and guidelines. Your role includes various administrative tasks, such as managing the destination’s budget, maintaining quality standards, and updating local marketing materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders, including hotels, suppliers, and other partners. You will report directly to one of the Regional Managers.

Knowledge requirements Destinations manager

Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience, ideally in service or the tourism industry

Leadership experience: A minimum of one year experience from leading others

Education: Completed 3-year upper secondary education

Driver’s License: Valid Class B driver’s license

Language Skills: Fluency in a Scandinavian language, along with fluent spoken and written English
