Value for Money

Just back from Alanya and the Kaila City. The hotel was clean and tidy at all times. The pool area was good if slightly cramped with sunbeds competing with dining tables for space. The food was good quality if a little repetitive with strange choices at times. One breakfast the hot choices were , boiled eggs, scrambled eggs , fried eggs or omelette. ? Our bedroom was adequate but only one socket snd bed not the most comfortable. Still a good overall choice if doing a holiday on a budget.

Smoker's paradise

Very well managed hotel. All things work well. Nothing to complain considering the price. What is goind down? Well, there were so many smokers in the hotel area I never expected. They are smoking permanently in the swimming pool area, during meals (most of people dinning outside), on balconies. It was horrible experience. I would suggest to let people smoke only on restricted areas. Otherwise it is very annoying.

GOOD LOCATION

We were two ladies from UK and it was our first time in Alanya. Hotel was in a great location, literally up road from the beach and most shops. Initially given room on 6th floor (attic). I don't like heights, so asked to be moved next day. Moved to 4th floor, as apparently no low rooms were available. Nice room, clean and had a fridge. Food.... not to our taste. Mostly catered for Danish, definitely not for English. If you are talking kids, you'll find nothing for them apart from chips. Staff were brilliant. Very polite and kind. We left our trip 4 days early due to us getting bad stomach bugs, unsure where from, but we decided to get early flight. Would say rooms cleaned daily, but not provided with fresh towels daily and had to ask for toilet roll. Sheets not changed except day before we left. Overall, a clean friendly hotel but we won't be returning, as prefer the area of Dalaman.

Family holiday

This hotel is super clean and staff are amazing work soo hard However it’s meant to be a family friendly hotel Not a child’s meal at meal times Not for English children snack bar served hot dogs burgers ect but food for children let this hotel down so much Ice cream is non existing Kids are given ice pops durring 4/445 only once durring our 10 day stay was there ice pop that one of the children could not eat ice cream The rooms are a great size and super clean Hotel is in the best location so many shops around

My Kaila city hotel expirience

The hotel and the staff were excelent. Food was great and hygiene too. We are very pleased with our staying here. They made the birthday party for my son. I hope to stay in this hotel again. WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10!!!
