Appalling service following on from a wedding venue viewing

Unfortunately this is the first time ive ever left a review and ive given plenty of options to have a response with no luck. On Monday 6th Feb, my partner and I flew out from the UK to visit 2 venues, Hotel CB being one of them.... Both places we loved and on our return on the Tuesday we sent a follow up email to Belen with a number of questions on. 8 days on still NO response despite numerous emails and text messages. I received a response from the Whatsapp Business Account who responded saying they would request Belen contact us again still no response. Not only did we take a flight out here to view the venue but there has been no communication or common decency to return a response to a basic email. Absolutely appalling service and would not encourage anyone to waste their time or sanity dealing with the events team at Hotel CB

The hotel is in wonderful location, very classy and stylish

What really makes this hotel stand out is its restaurant. From beautiful dressed tables & crockery to gorgeous food superbly presented and a excellent varied wine list . But best of all the excellent service from Alberto , possibly the best in Andalusia.

Delightful hotel

We chose to have dinner here as a change from their sister hotel. The situation is a delight , peaceful, great views and beautifully maintained. Sadly the food was disappointing, not in the same league as Hotel Bou Vinuela , Ingredients good but not greatly executed.

You need to come here!! Book it now!! Just amazing. I have no words to describe how wonderful is this place and the food is the best quality. Everything is so yummy. The only recommendation I have is the room really needs a full mirror. We had the best experience!

Boutique Beauty

We just left after 5 perfect days. Our room, the gardens, the food, service… the entire experience was perfect. After a year in a city this was exactly what we needed! We felt like we were in our own private villa but with an amazing restaurant. There were other guests but it all still felt very private and special. This is a gem of a find in a coastline that is full of huge hotels and overpriced resorts. Everything feels just right and the smell of rosemary, lemon and fresh flowers will make you so happy every day.
