The Best Hotel in Madeira

An amazing Hotel that exceeded our expectations, and we are very discerning. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in Madeira. Nothing was too much trouble with any of the staff, they were so polite and professional and all of them with a lovely smile and so helpful. First class and excellent, thank you so much

Incredible experience

What a wonderful holiday. Location, views, facilities, food accommodation, staff, excursions were all brilliant. Can’t fault anything. Will definitely be back. Les Suites are fantastic! Thank you to all the staff.

Our favorite room ever

Gorgeous grounds, room, and views. Exceptional concierge. The Avista Mediterranean restaurant was fantastic as well, but I would not recommend the Asian ‘concept’ restaurant, as it was out of almost all of the food and a very poor value in comparison

True Luxury

If i could give more than 5 stars i would..This place deserves at least 10! It's one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The location, staff, facilities...all amazing. It's a total chill out, never want to leave.

The gem of Madeira

For over 10 years we come to this Hotel and they have never let us down. It is our hideaway from home. But it feels coming home at this spot. Feeling sad when we have to leave, and looking forward for next year to come back.
