Great stay

Was really great stay. The hotel staffs were always very friendly. Hotelroom service was always need. The resort was completely very clean and comfortable.Only minor is that the staffs tends to get overwhelmed when the hotel is fully book, as it was the last to days for us.

Best resort we ever stayed at!

I normally don't write reviews but our stay at Numo Resort was so exceptional that I simply had to post this. From the first moment we arrived, all the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms clean, modern and Wi-Fi worked really well all across the property, even the beach! The food was extremely high quality, and enough variety with enough daily dish rotations that we were pleasantly surprised every day with something new for dinner... and we stayed there for 3 weeks! Especially the salad bar was next level! We have stayed in many other 5* star resorts and Numo was the only one offering Quinoa salad and other amazing green salads. There was also plenty of vegetarian options every day, which again can be hard to find in other resorts. And I have to once again give huge compliments to the whole of the staff, everyone always in good mood and always trying to make you feel extra special. Thank so much!

Fantastic Stay

Our stay here was amazing. The staff here were friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was clean modern and in spic and spand shape everyday. Our room had an outside garden area which faced onto the quiet pool which we walked out of gate and lazed at the pool. We had a half board stay and the food at breakfast and dinner was full of choice and interesting. My only comment was the labelling of the vegetarian food wasn’t so clear, which I advised the supervisor who quickly rectified this the following evening. The outdoor cinema is a lovely touch but I would suggest the hotel provide blankets on a colder evening. (Surprised these were not there, seeing as the hotel had thought of EVERYTHING ELSE , but was told they are on order???) I also attended a few activity classes which were great by instructor Pedros! I have no faults of the hotel itself nor the staff, but I do recommend hiring a car as it’s a little out of the way from the town and the walk into town is 1 hr approx. Definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway. , thank you for having us!

Stylish and luxurious hotel which leaves nothing to be desired

We had a wonderful stay at NUMO. The hotel complex and the rooms are very well cared and tastefully designed. The spacious pool and fitness area were an absolute highlight. The breakfast and dinner buffet is varied and offered a variety of delicious and very fresh food. In addition to the great ambiance, the awesome staff especially contributed to the fact that we had a perfect vacation. Everyone was extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating - we felt completely comfortable and will definitely come again to NUMO.

Super relaxing small paradise in Ierapetra!

We spent a couple of nights in this beautiful place and loved every bit of it! Our room was spacious, well designed, quiet and with a very confortable bed. The service was fantastic: Konstantinos, the F&B manager, made us feel like home, he really took care of us the whole time we were there. Elliot from the reception made us feel very welcome from the start and gave us useful tips and special thanks to Petros, the personal trainer, who was one of the best we ever had. The exercices he showed us are still part of our workout routine! Both restaurants were delicious and had a great atmospher. Only bit of improvement is that waiters could be more informed about gluten and the kitchen provide more gluten-free options, although everyone did their best to accommodate us, especially the chef who definetly walked the extra mile!! Thank you to the whole team, we’ll be back!
