Vi bodde i ett rum de kallade standardrum. För oss var det jättefint. En härlig terass med en dubbelsolsäng. Mycket grönt och blommor i trädgården. Rummet var stort, ljust, möblerat med stor dubbelsäng skrivbord, gungstol, någon form av relaxbed samt ett badkar i rummet. Badrummet var också fint. Välstädat, vatten på rummet. Eftersom det ligger lite avsides så betalade vi för middagsbuffen. Det var det enda som inte var bra med hotellet. Den var rent ut sagt dålig. Maten var kall och smaklös. Utbudet var väl sådär om man jämför med andra bufféer. Absolut inte värt pengarna. Frukosten var däremot jättebra. Fanns mycket att välja på och smakade bra. Hotellet kändes som ett bra ställe för rekreation. Bufféer var det som drog ner betyget. Personalen i receptionen var kunniga och trevliga. Kommer gärna tillbaka.
Great Hotel in Outstnading Location
A return trip to the renamed Innside didin't disappoint. The outstandingly beautiful surroundings are matched by a great hotel and contrary to other reviews- helpful polite reception staff. Innside has adapted well to life with COVID- particularly in dining areas. The rooms remain immaculately clean with beautiful views of the beach and lagoon. Our thanks go to the recpetion staff with particular credit to Paulina & Federica for helping to ensure the best possible rooms for a truly realxing and memorable holiday- thank you!
Top location, bad management
This is the best place to be on the island, everything is good with this hotel, from the facilities, to the service to the food. Unfortunately if anything goes wrong it's likely going to ruin your vacation. During our stay in September 2021 most of the hotel (at least) was suffering from the absence of air conditioning. Instead of compensating properly the guests and trying to find solutions, the management is trying to hide the problem and trying to make each guest hope for a solution that will not come. A potential perfect vacation in a potentially perfect place, gets spoiled because everyone is complaining around and you can't sleep properly at night. We must say we got finally offered 30% reimbursement on our expensive room rate, but that came only after a hard negotiation where we got only offered insufficient compensations. A real shame, the Innside Fuerteventura could rightfully be one of the most expensive hotels on the island, if it was properly managed.
Blanca saved the Day !!
We stayed here for one night, I made a terrible mistake with the dates for the Booking and booked the previous night. I contacted Blanca at the Hotel who was so kind and saved the situation and let us move our booking to the correct night. I’m sure many Hotels/ People would not have been so helpful and I couldn’t be more appreciative. We had a fantastic stay the Hotel delivered on every count and exceeded our expectations, all the Staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. If I had one gripe it would not be directed at the Staff but the residents who selfishly made sure they had put there towels onto every available sun lounger before breakfast even though many were not occupied for hours. I feel that this is still a sad legacy from our selfish and self obsessed society. What a sad thing that so many people are still so small minded, but rather like having to educate people as to how to wash hands adequately perhaps we could also educate them to be less egocentric.
Non working AC & clueless front desk
Let us talk about the good things. The property located close to the famous Jandia beach is the main reason to come to Innside. It is next to the mammoth Melia which is busy with screaming kids, and so comes across as sophisticated and relaxing. The whole "wannabee W" vibe is evident throughout, but the cheap Ikea furniture gives the hotel a minimalist feeling. The positives end there - during my stay, the entire Block 1 of the hotel had the AC mis-function as it was an old building. For 2 days, we had to suffer in miserable 28C weather as the clueless front desk staff just kept telling us that maintenance was working on it. This was not the case and we saw several very upset people. One man had severe asthma and an old women nearly collapsed from the heat. The hotel could not provide any solution, and there only answer was to go to the main older Melia. Now, this property was 300 Euros vs. 100 Euros on the Melia. You'd think they offer the refund, but the answer was NO. For the health of me and my partner, we checked out as we got tired of the lies of the front desk. We never received an apology or a solution except young front desk employees lying to you in the hope of you leaving them alone. Terrible place that clearly just enjoys being in a good location. Avoid.
