Snyggt men slarvigt!

Snyggt hotell men helhetsbetyget dras ner på grund av slarv inne på hotellrummen. Vårt första rum som vi fick hade smutsiga lakan, både med fläckar men även grus i sängen. Ena örngottet var trasigt och flertalet smutsfläckar gick att finna på nattduksborden. Städpersonalen hade även slarvat med dammtorkningen inne på rummen. Personalen från receptionen var dock mycket hjälpsam när vi upplyste dem om hotellrummets brister. Vi fick ett nytt rum direkt. Dessvärre var även det rummet något smutsigt. Städerskan fick komma in med nya lakan även till vårt nya rum då fanns fläckar även där. I vårt andra rum fanns det även en större hårtuss i duschbrunnen. Detta åtgärdades under morgonen då vi upplyste personalen först då. Utöver våra missöden med hotellrummen höll hotellet en mycket god standard och där var rent och fräscht i både restaurang och vid poolområdet. Frukosten var bra, hade dock varit önskvärt med lite fler nyttiga alternativ. Hotellets personal var genuint hjälpsamma och väldigt trevliga. De levererade bra service och gav oss som gäster det lilla extra i form av hjälp med bagage, välkomstdryck vid ankomsten och service vid poolen. Under vår vistelse fick personalen även kännedom om min pojkväns födelsedag. Personalen ordnade både en födelsedagstårta (även skönsång!) och dekorerade vårt rum med rosenblad samt bjöd på en flaska vin. Hotellet ligger en bit från Kos men man promenerar utan problem in till de centrala delarna av både Lambi och Kos. Vi hade hyrbil under vår vistelse vilket vi starkt rekommenderar om man ska åka till Kos. Vi kan varmt rekommendera hotellet, dock behöver hotellets städpersonal skärpa till sig samt införskaffa lite nya sängkläder.

Excellent hotel, we will return.

Just returned from a week at this wonderful hotel. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was excellent, a good variety of food, the crepes were a firm favourite of our 11 year old! We had a ground floor room which was spotless. Mary our housekeeper couldn’t do enough for us, special thanks to her. To be fair all the staff were very professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. The sun beds were the best we have used at any hotel, always available definitely no sun bed wars here! The hotel is a little out of town about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars, not a down side for us but maybe a consideration for people with mobility issues. We also visited Diamond beach which is part of the Diamond hotel, we hired a buggy and visited lots of places but the Diamond beach is definitely worth a visit. Great hotel 5* we will definitely return. Thanks Diamond you were wonderful.

Double Excellent Service and Resort

We stayed at this resort after touring thru Israel Jordan Egypt and Morocco .Diamond Boutique resort was just what we needed . Their clean spacious just the right position from kos town not too close not too far away so you couldn’t walk. The real difference with this hotel were the Greek people who work there from the fantastic front office women like Anna , Eleni and Konstantina. The wonderful restaurant staff from the wait staff like Illir ,Spyros and Mellisa to Anna our breakfast chef who made the best Greek omelettes. Then there was our housekeeping wonder woman ‘mrs Sparkles’ who made sure everything was always perfect in our room . The resort has car and bike hire close at hand and can organise excursions to Turkey and other islands as guests want. A beautiful swimming pool and bar are just waiting to be enjoyed. This place is brilliant to use as a holiday destination in Kos.

Relaxing, friendly amazing breakfast

We arrived and were greeted by 2 of the friendliest staff. After our welcome drink we were taken to our room. Room was very spacious and clean, you get complimentary shower gel, soap, shampoo conditioner and some body lotion. Breakfast is fantastic lots of choice, food kept hot and topped up regularly. Towels are procid for the pool. Pool area is so relaxing, sun beds are the most comfortable ones ever. Bar and snack area all kept nice and clean. Bar staff come round the pool checking if you need a drink. All staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful they cannot do enough for you. All in all a fantastic hotel. We will definitely be back.

Bliss

From start to finish a 5 star experience. The staff were all extremely courteous and friendly. The cleanliness was super. The meals excellent. The pool area clean and all sunbeds accessible. The grounds were well kept. Away from the busy centre but not too far to walk. The loudest noise was the cockeral crowing!
