First class all the way

Upon arrival, we were greeted with hotel staff who were very informative. We were even in contact via email before arrival and always got a timely response. Great customer service, great rooms, great location, always helpful. The restaurant manager, Anistasis, was fantastic as well as all the staff. We will only stay at this hotel when we visit Mykonos

Not luxury at this hotel

We were very disappointed staying at this hotel. It certainly does not have the luxury of a true 5 star resort. It’s one of three hotels squished into this “resort” complex. First, many of the staff are all very young and very new on the job. Many of them are new this season and just started. Although trying to be helpful they didn’t know much. After our arrival no one ever greeted us by our names. Our junior suite was just average and we had to walk down a long narrow corridor similar to being on a cruise ship. The buffet breakfast was mediocre. Food was good but the presentation lacked any pizazz. Insultingly, they had a coffee maker in the room but we were told it was 2.50 euro charge for each pod used. Furthermore, the internet service was spotty at best. We never felt like a valued guest at this hotel.

The best hotel and staff ever!

What a fantastic holiday we had. The hotel is everything we could ever ask for. The staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We are defo going back! Thank you for making my 40th amazing. We will be back in October

Perfect hotel! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel and property were amazing! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the most friendly staff who made check in super easy and gave us a tour of the property. The hotel room was large, super clean, and had the most stunning view of the sea. When we told the staff it was our honeymoon they provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a fruit plate sent straight to our room. The hotel has two amazing restaurants both connected to large pool bars. Our bartender Dimitris was an expert on the cocktails, providing us with amazing drinks that were created by himself and the rest of the bartending staff. The hotel provided transfers to and from the airport/port for arrival and departure and the taxi service they use was top notch. It’s located 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Mykonos Town. We will be staying at this hotel in the future, whenever we head back to Mykonos. Highly recommend!

It is ideally located close to town. The exceptional service provided by the entire staff, particularly the remarkable concierge team, made our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to ensure our happiness. Ioannis, in particular, stood out with his impeccable professionalism, wealth of knowledge, and unwavering commitment to making our anniversary celebration extraordinary. His expertise in the local area was evident as he effortlessly guided us through the options for activities and dining experiences. What impressed us most was the genuine care and thoughtfulness throughout our stay. We were captivated not only by the level of service but also by the genuine warmth and kindness extended to us by every staff member we encountered. Our experience at Miconian Korali exceeded all expectations.
