Scelta ottimale per la città di Mykonos

Ottima scelta per soggiornare a Mykonos con il centro a due passi ma stando in una posizione molto più tranquilla con strepitosa vista sulla città e i mulini. Navetta gratuita da e per l'aeroporto (a meno di 10 minuti, senza traffico). Ottima e ricca colazione al mattino con vista e bella atmosfera in piscina con dj. La camera con piscina privata molto confortevole e pulita. I più sinceri complimenti a Vana che è stata molto professionale, perfetta ambasciatrice dell'ospitalità Relais&Chateaux. Lo staff educato e discreto (soprattutto le cameriere ai piani). Anche Angela alla reception molto cordiale.

Nota máxima!

Um hotel muito bom! Atendimento e serviços dignos de um 5 estrelas! Quarto delicioso, limpeza ótima, café da manhã muito bom! A simpatia e a disponibilidade dos funcionários incrível! O hotel oferece dois restaurantes muito bons. Comemos todos os dias no jantar. Esse merece nota máxima!

Espectacular

Estuvimos 5 noches y no nos queríamos ir. El hotel está espectacular, instalaciones de primera, el servicio es de lo mejor. Nunca imaginamos tener esa experiencia tan personal. Volveríamos 100% en próximas vacaciones. Siempre están con la mejor disposición de atender alguna cosa que necesites. Todo mundo MUY AMABLE, las habitaciones muy bonitas y súper cómodas, los espacios muy bien distribuidos. Todos los días te dejan un detalle en la habitación. La ubicación del hotel está perfecta, te vas caminando a downtown. La comida del hotel muy rica (todo lo que pedimos delicioso) La cocina del restaurante japonés NAROS deliciosa.

Lindo hotel

Esse hotel está muito bem localizado, tem uma linda infraestrutura, bons restaurantes, quarto amplo. O único problema do hotel é o serviço, em especial a recepção. Lastimável - mal preparados, desatentos, ineficientes, inclusive fornecendo informações erroneas.

Decent facilities, but some staff not up to scratch

Decent hotel, feels pretty modern. Reception staff are a problem though. Then insisted my room had been provided with a beach/pool bag when it hadn't then told me i’d need to pay EUR50 keep the one provided when everyone else was keeping theirs. They also asked for me email address when id been in email contact already 4 times - my pet hate. They then proceeded to try to upsell me some luxury car service and restaurant bookings. I just wanted a peaceful and efficient check-in! At the end, my bill was mainly bar bill including tips. Reception asked if i wanted to tip the overall bill “for the non-bar staff’. I declined and the mood was darker than Hades! Other staff, including restaurant and pool/bar were very good, but reception staff let the place down. There was hardly any night life / no one using the bar in evenings. Not a 5* hotel in my opinion, and therefore also on the expensive side for what it is.
