Amazing and excellent value for money

Visited with my family this August for a week and had an excellent experience and already booked for a longer stay next year 🙂 The complex and apartments are very well presented and obviously looked after. All of the staff are super friendly and very good at their job, making us feel immediately welcome and couldn't have done more for us during our entire stay. Honestly can't say enough nice things about this place. Only piece of advice, other than book a stay immediately!, is to ignore Google maps once close unless you like driving in the sea. You need to go past the sign for Caravan on the sea (a very nice place to eat) and carry on untill you see the sign for Little Bird.

Outstanding!

We have just returned from Little Bird and from what was possibly our most relaxing holiday. We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment and while it is simply furnished and decorated, it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine . . . And comfy beds! I had the best sleep I've ever had on holiday. During our weeks stay the apartment was impeccably cleaned twice, towels changed and fresh flowers cut from the garden. We also had a huge balcony with stunning sea and sunset views. The pool area is clean, tranquil and sophisticated. Plenty of comfy sunbeds available and you are able to borrow pool towels if needed. It never felt to busy or overcrowded. The food from the cafe is stunning, as are the cocktails. And the staff?! Lisa and the team go above and beyond helpful, they accommodated our children's food needs/choices, help put umbrellas up, make and bring out drinks/snacks, order taxis . . .and just generally friendly to chat to. We loved meeting the resident dog, Zoe and a highlight of my mornings was seeing the gardener picking tomatoes etc from the garden just behind our apartment. We were only there a week so didn't venture further than Molyvos but both there and Petra are gorgeous. Caravan by the Sea was probably my favourite meal . . . Gorgeous good, setting and staff. It's about a 10 minute walk from LB. Petra is about 25 mins . . . Both along the coastal path. One of the most beautiful family holidays we've had. I wish I didn't have to tell anyone about it and I just keep it as a well-kept secret. Thanks again Little Bird. We'll be seeing you next summer ❤️

Amazing Family Hoilday

Had an amazing and relaxing holiday at little birds. Lisa and all the staff looked after our every needs. The pool area was picture perfect and the location of the beautiful villa accommodation was ideal to explore the areas of Petra and Molyvos. Would I recommend it YES. Already booked for next year

What a beautiful place to stay with the most amazing team

WOW! We have just returned from a wonderful week at Little Bird. We were hoping for something special given all of the fantastic reviews that we had read before we went, but this place is truly stunning. I don't think we would ever tire of the beautiful sunsets. The accommodation (2 bed villa) was lovely, cleaned regularly and perfect for our family of four. The air conditioning and filter water on tap were definite bonuses! Although we hadn't planned to, we ate breakfast/brunch at the Bird Cafe everyday, the food was superb in such beautiful surroundings. Thank you Agapi 😊 The pool area literally took your breath away, it really is just like the pictures. What really makes Little Bird so special though is the staff. Both Lisa and Panos were fantastic, (giving tips on where to go, calling taxis and generally just being so friendly and helpful - nothing was ever too much trouble). Georgia and Haralambos regularly brought us our food and drinks and again they were lovely.....both were always smiling 😊. Finally the owner of Little Bird and the grounds staff and cleaning team all deserve a mention just for contributing to our wonderful experience overall - thanks everyone! In terms of things to do, we walked into both Petra and Anaxos a number of times and we also got the village train to Molyvos which was great to see a bit more of the island. We chose the hop on/off ticket which was 30 euros for a family of four so great value. There is a beautiful walk from Molyvos Castle down to the harbour covered in wisteria which was really pretty and lined with shops. Petra had plenty of bars/restaurants and also a number of shops and a few small supermarkets. Our girls did the watersports activities at the far end of Petra and really enjoyed it. Anaxos didn't have any shops that we saw, but we spent a lovely afternoon with our girls at the Malibu bar. They spent their time in the bar pool and we then went to one of the beachside tavernas to watch the sunset. We had such a lovely, relaxing time at Little Bird and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful boutique apartments

We’d had this booked for a while and I had pretty high expectations. Well it delivered, and surpassed. At everything and every point of this place , it really was superb. From the organised pick up from the main road , to our amazing villa, with two balconies , first impressions were met. The Little Bird Cafe served delicious food and drinks . Smoothies, milkshakes, cocktails, all excellent and reasonably priced. Lisa and Panos , manage this place in a calm organised way. Friendly, and professional without imposing, you can ask advice on places, order or booking taxis or reserving tables at a recommended spot. The pool area is the show piece and we loved chilling with Long Island ice teas bought over by Georgina . The pool is salt water which we preferred and never to busy , there were no daft sun bed towel games in the morning and every where is spotless. All this is made even prettier by those sunsets. This place really is excellent.
