Suveränt hotell med god service

Ett fint hotell med en känsla av lyx. Lite för hård madrass för min smak, men sängen hade mjuka härliga kuddar. Bra service, god mat. Hotellet ligger längst från strandpromenaden, vid berget, men erbjuder en vidunderligt vacker utsikt över Kamari som jag inte skulle velat vara utan. Jag såg det som positivt att träna ben och rumpan genom att ta sig till och från hotellet gåendes!

Anniversary getaway

My Husband booked this for our Anniversary.. After reading the reviews on the agent pages it seemed like a lovely hotel. On Arrival our room lights kept switching off after half hr of explanation we were moved to their so called executive room. The jacuzi was filtythe bathrooms were filty and smelt of cigs. The room itself was dampy and no sound proof .. This hotel location is perfect but the rooms are filthy and not of a 4* star hotel... I would rate it a 2* max .. Wouldnt recommend this place at all..

Amazing Hotel

After being fobbed off by another hotel for being overbooked we were moved to this hotel. What an amazing hotel this is, Great location, beautiful view of the sunrise. Great variety of food for breakfast and being half board, the evening meal was so tasty with plenty of choice. All the staff couldn't do enough for us, All the girls on reception, Harry at the bar and not forgetting the guy who cleaned the pool daily. Our room was cleaned daily by a friendly team of cleaners and anyhting requested was brought to us without fuss. We did have an issue with our transfer to the airport but the Manager sorted it without a problem. We would go back there tomorrow

4 stars?

We were expecting more from a 4 stars hotel & spa. At our arrival some dead fly welcomed us in the room along with a dump smell in the bathroom. Breakfast selection was not very appealing and certainly not fresh. Decoration are stuck in the 80’s The position is very at the very end of the beach with a beautiful view, however, prepare yourself to walk up to the mountain as the hotel is not providing any transportation.

Honeymoon ruined!

Having been sold this hotel as luxury accommodation for our honeymoon, we booked a one week stay in a junior suite with private pool. Please do not be fooled by this hotel! The images on their website & used on various sites do not represent what you will have the misfortune of staying in. Broken furniture, water damaged cupboards, broken tiles in the main living area, a futon sofa bed purchased in the mid 90’s and a shower floor dirty and stained. I questioned the hotel reception who told me it was a junior suite and didn’t see my issue. Escalated our complaint to the tour operator who didn’t do much either. Manager went off site shortly after my initial complaint and didn’t want to discuss further. I was told she might come back today. They offered to me move to a refurbished room mid week which I rejected. An awful start to our honeymoon which I resolved by moving to much better accommodation 20 minutes away. To summarise it’s a dirty, run down hotel, in an awful location, staff don’t want to know & they’re completely mis-selling themselves for what they charge. I will be pursuing our tour operator on return to the UK for a full refund.
