Ho già soggiornato nella catena Bahia Principe, nello specifico in quella del Mexico, e considerata la prima esperienza che non è andata maleho voluto provare questa di Tenerife. Nel complesso giusto il rapporto qualità prezzo ed i servizi che non mancano. L'unica cosa che miglioreri leggermente è quella di variegare un pò di più sulle pietanze.

Not luxury and Not All Inclusive Limited dining options. On arrival pointed to the main restaurant where food had clearly been sat out for some time. The service was slow. Asked at reception about other dining options. We have a preference to eat our meals together not stood waiting and getting food at different times. The only option is the steak bar. We visited and people were leaving complaining as they had been waiting over an hour for food and when it came parts of it were cold and the orders were wrong. We were told we could eat in the sister hotel but we would have to pay €25 euros each to visit. We returned to the ‘school canteen’ and stood around with our plates waiting for our food to be cooked. Noise. Significant noise from the kitchen extractor can be heard from the room balcony and by the pool. Sun loungers - no cushions as per the pictures you only get that if you pay extra to join the club and that is the same for the other facilities advertised - infinity pool etc. Mini Bar in room with basic items like water . They will only top it up once then you are charged per item. Fire Alarm went off at just past midnight - left the room and bumped into other guests who also felt the same about the food situation. Told to return to the room as all ok and no fire. The point it was noisy appeared to be an after thought. Positives the red/white/rose wine is ok and they are eager to top up your glass - no doubt to distract you from the food. We have taken the decision to just go and eat in restaurants off the resort in the evening (paying €25 each is almost the cost of a meal!) so paying all inclusive feels like a complete waste. Just so disappointed.

Just leaving from a stay at the newly refurbished Bahia Principe Luxury Tenerife, visiting again as returning guests, and overall we had a great experience. The refurbishment looks fantastic! The hotel now has a modern, contemporary feel that really lifts the whole atmosphere. Visually, it’s a huge improvement and we were genuinely impressed. Food and drink were both great, just as we’ve come to expect from previous stays. The overall experience felt familiar in a positive way, and it’s clear the hotel is aiming to maintain the standards we’ve always enjoyed. That said, service was a little inconsistent this time. Staff didn’t seem quite as attentive as on previous visits, which we’re hoping is simply part of the hotel finding its rhythm again after the refurb. It didn’t spoil our stay, but it was noticeable compared to past trips. As for the “luxury” label, I personally wouldn’t class the hotel as true luxury, though I appreciate everyone’s definition differs. To me, it feels more like a solid, modern 4-star hotel, offering what most people would reasonably expect at that level. Would we stay again? Yes, absolutely — if the price was right. The improvements are clear, and with a bit more consistency in service, it has the potential to be even better.

Wij zijn net terug van 1 week Bahia Principe Luxury en ja we zijn erg tevreden buiten enkele kleine maar toch belangrijke punten, bij het binnenkomen van het hotel word je na een welkom meteen geconfronteerd met een borg van 500€ die iedereen moet betalen, nog nooit ergens anders meegemaakt, een afknapper bij het binnenkomen. De frisdranken in de poolbar was niet koud genoeg en weinig of geen gas in de soft drink, nu het is allemaal nog nieuw en zal hopelijk wel in orde komen, we hebben het wel meteen gemeld maar daar gebeurde niet meteen iets mee. Het hotel is algemeen erg mooi geworden, heel mooie slaapkamers, het eten was top enkel nog wat onwennigheid om het buffet aan te vullen, regelmatig lege potten maar ok, dat zal zich op termijn wel oplossen maar we betaalde wel de prijs , bediening is echt ok, heel vriendelijk personeel en management, de bar is correct alsook daar de bediening, voor een luxury wel spijtig dat toch sommige dranken van lokale B merken zijn. Wij vonden het hotel zoals het nu was niet Luxury waardig, ok wij kennen het hotel van voordien en het is heel mooi veranderd maar voor iemand die uit een ander luxe hotel komt gaat dit weinig indruk nalaten. In het grill restaurant heb ik rib eye ( 30 dagen gerijpt gaan eten, het beste vlees dat ooit op mijn bord lag, Gaan we terug, ongetwijfeld ja maar hopen dat sommige punten toch na veel recensies zullen doordringen bij het management en aangepast worden, onze commentaren deelden veel andere hotelgasten met ons mee. Aanrader, zeker.
