Tsilivi - Georgia Annex

This review is in regards to the GEORGIA ANNEX not the GEORGIA HOTEL. They are next to each other but totally different owners. We booked via Oympic. We are repeat visitors to the Annex and re-book year after year. The location is perfect for us as we like to be central and really no noise to say how central the apartments are. George and his family who own the Traffic Bar also own the ANNEX. We have no criticism of the apartments the mattresses are soooo comfortable and the studios are of a good size. Bathrooms are modern and the shower area is huge. Rooms are cleaned regularly and the cleaner is a lovely lady. You are able to use the Georgia Hotel Pool and facilities if you would like to. We prefer the beach to pools so its just a few mins walk to the beach. Tsilivi has everything we are looking for in a resort. We visited Kalamaki for as few years but found that Tsilivi is busier and there is more choice of Bars etc. There is an abundance of lovely restaurants for you to try out and also fast foot outlet Gyroland that opens late for all those that late to stay out later. Tsilivi is our happy place and I'm so excited to be back in August. If anyone has any questions I'm happy to help if I can. We are already booked for 2024!!!! Yammas !!!

In a great location

We stayed at the Georgia Apartments for 10 nights in September 2022. These apartments are in a great, central location to all the restaurants and bars. The apartments are a basic 2* so do not expect 5*; the apartments are very basic and clean but were fine for us as we prefer to eat out. Our room was cleaned regular and the towels were also changed regularly. My only complaint was the shower head was not properly fixed so water went everywhere – I did ask at Reception for this to be repaired but this did not happen to we had to “make do”. The pool area is in desperate need of a revamp as the pool ladders are not properly fixed and the sunbeds are very old and most were broken. The apartments could do with being updated as the furniture is very old fashioned. To be honest we did not really use the facilities at the apartments as we preferred to spend our days at Freddie’s Bar along the beach front – great bar and food. There are loads of lovely restaurants all very nearby, you are spoilt for choice. We also went into Zante Town on the little train – well worth a visit. Overall the apartments were value for money but I would probably not stay here should I visit Tsilivi again.

Great location

Great location, central location to all eateries and bars, brilliant friendly staff, clean rooms, staff went above and beyond, (helped carry our bags), have a snack bar food is great, good value for money. would highly recommend this resort

Great location excellent for the price

Let's get something in to prospective these apartments where the cheapest on jet2 so there not 5star as in 5 star but they are a base In the centre of town , 1 minute walk to a supermarket and bars . The room was very clean I personally wouldn't stay if you planned on self catering as the kitchen was very basic no microwave just a fridge and some cups etc and I'd pack a decent bottle opener for your wife sorry wine . No view from balcony as your in the town centre . Pool bar was ok for a beer or 2 didn't eat food but looked OK. A large Spar shop bang nxt door. Overall ok on a budget

First of all this is not a reflection of the lovely staff who looked after us while we were there.If you want to stay in a budget cheap apartment then these are for you.no microwave no toaster no free air con a view of the village tip piled up against the supermarket and filthy sealant in the shower.the furniture in the room is so old fashioned.pool area is fine and the bar sell reasonably priced decent meals/snacks.location is fantastic for bars and restaurants.like I say if you don’t mind basic then fine.they obviously have a lot of return customers each year.after three days a jcb and tipper truck spent a day clearing the tip so that was better but I personally wouldn’t stay again.
