Such a Gem in Santorini

Disclaimer:Although a travel agent, I will always review based on a traveler perspective with customer service insight as I have lived both positions for a very long time. Customer service in conjunction with my experience as a customer is what drives my repeat business and recommendations to friends, family and clients. The Majestic Hotel did not disappoint and we had an amazing stay to complete a month long Mother Daughter trip. We stayed here for three nights and although a great place to stay, there is one thing I would probably not do again and that is stay here with my daughter. Although we saw a few children younger than my teenager here, this hotel had more of an adult getaway vibe which is great. We didn't have any issues while there and my teenage daughter loved everything, bringing or not bringing children to this specific hotel is just my personal preference. Although this hotel is right on a main road, it wasn't super noisy and in all actuality we didn't notice a lot of traffic. I appreciated the fact that when I needed to get some more Euros, there was an ATM that I was able to walk to close by. The rooms were great, with one minor issue that didn't deter us but was more of a nuisance. No matter what we did, water from the shower always ended up on the floor. Our toilet kept running during our stay, but not enough that I felt like we needed to call and have it fixed. I did use laundry service (as we basically traveled with only backpacks) which was absolutely fast and amazing. The beds were comfortable which I found in almost all of Europe as I need firmer mattresses anyway. The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and I appreciated the variety as I can't always eat certain types of meats and the hotel was accommodating. The first night I was there, I decided to eat dinner in the restaurant on site by myself as a treat while my daughter decided to stay in the room. The service and food were both amazing! I had a bottle of wine that the server recorded for me to take back to my room that night along with a glass. Accommodations were clean and the patio had a nice view and was really quiet to just sit and relax on early morning or even midday. We checked out extremely early but staff was able get us all taken care of and checked out. If you don't want to be in the middle of all of the stuff that goes on, this is a great place to be. The rooms are clean and the staff is exceptional. This is a family hotel, with a more of a romantic, relaxing adult vibe. I actually have a couple that I will be sending here for their anniversary. This is a great place to stay and I would recommend to clients, family and friends.

Amazing experience!

We had an amazing 5 night stay at the beautiful Majestic Hotel. Upon our arrival we were greeted with refreshments to accommodate the captivating views from the lounge area. Our suite was very spacious and accommodating along with amazing sunsets from our patio. The food was absolutely delicious, we enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast every morning. Shout-out to George (bar manager) and his bartenders Kostas, and Jersey. Thank you for all the delicious cocktails, late night meals, and desserts. We enjoyed hanging out with you listening to the music, singing to old favorite songs, was such a great vibe. I want to personally thank Eleni and her entire staff for our amazing experience. Birthday Celebrations

Hotel is beautiful and we were greeted with a welcome drink on our arrival. Room was nice and comfortable and loved the Korres toiletries in the bathroom (i bought some on way home in the airport). Staff are so welcoming. The bar staff at night made our experience at the hotel - George and Jersey 5star! Thank you for singing happy birthday to me. Food is amazing! The pool, well its beautiful but absolutely freezing haha. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would return.

Brilliant hotel and wonderful staff.

An absolutely beautiful hotel- so clean, tidy, friendly and convenient. Had a lovely week there- and every single one of the staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment of departure, everything was perfect. True Greek hospitality at its best! I could not praise the hotel and the staff highly enough and would recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful, luxurious and comfortable stay in Fira.

What an amazing hotel!

We've just returned from staying 3 amazing nights in this wonderful hotel. Exceptionally helpful staff, beautiful room, amazing food and the most perfect location! Arriving at 9.30pm we were met by the lovely Despina, on reception. She couldn't of been more welcoming, helpful and smiley. All the staff on reception are great and so helpful with maps and advice. George, from the pool bar, is great at what he does. Making the best cocktails. Jersey was also very friendly and gave great service, as did all of the waiters and bar staff. We will definitely stay here again one day and recommend this hotel to anyone! Ps the rooftop sunsets were stunning! Perfect romantic music, perfect cocktails, the prettiest of views and great service!
