Pessima esperienza

Hotel a nostro giudizio ampiamente sopravvalutato. Per circa 300 euro a notte, ci saremmo aspettati almeno il cambio delle lenzuola ed il riassetto del letto, MAI effettuati in 8 giorni di permanenza nonostante richieste esplicite , promesse da parte dell addetto alla reception al quale ci siamo rivolti e cartello clean the door appeso alla porta ogni mattina. La " pulizia " della camera si concretizzava nel cambio degli asciugamani, del rotolo della carta igienica ( anche se appena iniziato, boh... ) FINE .... Colazione basica e poco variata, fatta per lo più con pietanze che si prestano al riciclo degli avanzi , con addetti cerbero che ti fissano per vedere cosa prendi e ti rimproverano se ti riempi la scodella di yoghurt dalla parte sbagliata del tavolo .... camera che non offre alcuno spazio per chi viaggia con più bagagli. Nessun armadietto, una sedia per due persone .... Da 4 stelle solo i due simpatici gatti sempre presenti in hotel e la cortesia di un paio di persone della reception.... Troppo poco , c è molto di meglio in Grecia e molta strada da fare per diventare un hotel VERAMENTE di qualità

Nice, but lack-luster

We stayed here for 3 nights while on our honeymoon and had an overall pleasant stay. The facilities were nice, although a bit more dated than I had expected. We came at the end of the season and it was very quiet - almost too quiet. Would not recommend end of October just for ambiance and the pools were quite chilly. It was bit father of a walk into town than we anticipated, as well. Beds were not super comfortable, but not uncomfortable. Rooms are very spacious and we had a nice patio area. I had expected a little more elegance from a 4-star hotel. Felt more like a 3-star. Staff were friendly and helpful - we rented a buggie one day to drive around the island and they helped coordinate. Breakfast buffet had good variety and the food was overall good. There were a couple resident cats that hangout on the kitchen patio which are cute in theory, but they quite literally beg and meow at your table - sometimes get a little too close for comfort (and I’m a cat person). All in all nice, just a little lack-luster.

Gorgeous hotel

Luxury boutique hotel. We stayed here for 1 night and really wished we had stayed longer. Both pools were very clean and the sun loungers were very comfortable. Our room was more than adequate with a lovely balcony and it was so lovely to sit out there admiring the flowers. We ate lunch here, had a bottle of wine, cocktails and beers. Very reasonably priced. We couldn’t fault the hotel at all. It is an 15 minute walk to the town but we don’t mind that at all. From check in, room service, bar service and checkout we had outstanding service.

Perfect paradise

Fantastic location on a beautiful property with superb staff. The quaint boutique hotel was situated on a hill with views of the sea. The location was perfect for dining and shopping as it sat about a 10 minute walk above the town of Naoussa. Stephanie and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We relaxed at the pool one day with delightful drinks and service. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Amazing Hotel. Stay here!!

This place was excellent! We stayed here for most of our honeymoon and felt well cared for. Stephanie and her team are top-notch, hospitable, friendly, and pleasant. The drinks were good, the pool was lovely, and it was a close walk to the downtown area. We stayed in a beautiful room with a great view of the Aegean Ocean. I will remember this place for the rest of my life. Highly recommend!
