Гостиница не дотягивает и до двух звёзд. Вся мебель во всех номерах поломана и обшарпана. Wi-Fi ужасный, практически всегда его нет. Хотя написано, что есть сейф, но его нету, а есть на рецепшине за дополнительную плату. Полотенца серые, жёсткие и застиранные. Персонал хамит. Ужас.

1. Clean and spacious room (I booked the 1 bedroom apartment) 2. Amazing Spa (stayed from the 17th to the 20th of Dec, was not crowded) 3. Decent food 4. Perfect location, did not have to get the car for anything (there was enough parking) 5. Reasonable Price 6. Professional Staff Will see you guys again, thank you!

Hotel with great location to slopes, approx. 5min walk to main lift. Lovely rooms and a really good spa as well. Boot and ski room underneath for easy storage for the next day. Unfortunately food quality was disappointing in my opinion, and it gave me sickness which cut short my last ski day. However, aside from this no complaints on anything else.

My family and I stayed at the MPM Guinness Hotel in Bansko and we had an amazing experience. We had a 2 bed apartment which as a family we loved, the food was incredible and there was always so much variety and choice for all of us. The staff were all so friendly and nothing was a problem. We had wonderful views of the mountains from our balcony and the slopes were a short walk away. There was also a really useful minibus which took us to the slopes every morning. We also made good use of the swimming pool and sauna etc, which was great after a days ski-ing. We loved our stay so much that we are booking again for February 2026 and looking forward to staying in the same room.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast and evening meals both had lots of choice and were of a good quality. Staff were all friendly. The spa area was of a good standard, and much needed after a day on the slopes. Which were only a 5 /6 minute walk away. Close enough to all the night life but far enough away not to hear anything and be kept awake. If we came back to Bansko would definitely stay here again
