Wonderful experience.

Excellent hotel in all regards. Well trained staff with a high regard for customer service. Very comfortable beds and pillows, the rooms are well furnished and spacious. Killian in the lobby was very helpful and went above and beyond.

A hotel that makes people feel at ease and happy.

The service attitude of the hotel is as good as when I stayed before. I am very happy every time I check in. It is a very familiar environment. The hotel can help me upgrade to a better room, so this experience is particularly good. I also encountered the same problem during my stay this time. Rachel, her friendly smile and simple greetings at the front desk made me feel at ease as a foreigner coming to Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel's breakfast has as many varieties as before and is very delicious. You can also order coconut water and Vietnamese river The noodles, various omelette dishes, delicious bread, and coffee make me want to go for breakfast every morning when I get up early. The executive lounge in the evening is also great. I can watch the night view, drink some wine, relax, and have a pleasant time. Have a nice day.

Pleasant surprise, great service and location.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Le Meridien for 3 nights in mid-August. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service, from checking in by Vicky and checking out by Jolie, it’s always service with a smile. Vincent from concierge was extremely helpful and patience, helping us reserve a dinner and cruise on the Saigon Princess. The Club Lounge was always busy for a good reason. There were always great food and drinks throughout the day. Jaime was simply amazing at the Club.Lounge, she was so attentive and friendly. She also makes the best cocktails in Saigon! The hotel is also kid friendly, our 2 children loved the cotton candy machine at the lobby and the free daily ice cream. Pros: 1. Great service as mentioned above. 2. Great location - Next to the Japanese area of District 1, lots of food/drinks and night life. - Next to vibrant Ngo Van Nam street, where young locals hang out. So much fun sitting outside at night having coffee and people watching. - Walking distance to the Saigon waterfront. 3. Club Lounge had really good breakfast and evening cocktails. 4. Amazing view of the Saigon river. Cons: 1. The bathroom is a little dated. 2. The pool is a tad small with lots of people.
