Amazing hotel for families

Amazing hotel, brand new, clean, spacious. We really felt comfortable and at home. The whole thing is setup around families and kids, haven’t seen anything like this before. The restaurant was amazing, great food, reasonably priced and professional service. Thank you all the staff for making this trip great for us! Special thanks to Ninew, Ohmmy and Lee for exceptional service.

Best resort ever in Karon

I would like to recommend this resort because it was soooo beautiful! All stuff was amazing and my journey was a pleasure! Thanks to P’ Fon, P’ Tae and the others concierge that pick me off everyday from my room! I’ll hope to come here again! I love Thailand 🧡🧡🧡🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭

Cave bar

Boat was the best bar tender in the cave bar. He made our stay enjoyable. Enjoyed all the drinks he made. Staff were always friendly. Hotel was clean. Boat the bar tender was the best, always friendly

Could do better

We would have given this 5 stars. Too many little niggles for a new Hotel and for a 5 star they have things to put right. To start with the standard of cleaning was not 100% this backed up with some mould in the showers and the lack of an outside towel rail. Some rooms have them so do not. You can’t use a Visa card in the hotel and are required to pay 3000 BHT as a Deposit which you get back we luckily had some $ so used them. After pointing out the issues our room was cleaned more throughly for the rest of the stay. Breakfast very god loads of choice. Staff super nice and friendly can’t say enough about them. Air con possibly the best ever very effective. Location superb a stones throw off the beach and when you cross the busy road there is a guy who helps. Plenty of eating establishments and markets in walking distance. Good shuttle service to Patong. No kids bit the pools cater for these. Apart from breakfast we never ate in the hotel so can’t judge the restaurant for other meals
