Bra hotell men dålig info

Ett mycket trevlig hotell. Rent och fint. Mycket god frukost och kvällsmat. Det som drar ner betyget är tiden för incheckningen. Vi kom till hotellet runt 23 tiden på kvällen och var incheckade och klara inne på rummet vid 01.30. Det var endast en person vid incheckningen. Hon hänvisade till online chec-in men gjorde hela pressen med vårt sällskap ändå och det tog runt 20 minuter per sällskap. Armbanden man får kan användas att öppna dörren till hotellrummet med, vilket vi fick info om två dagar innan vi åkte hem. Rummen är små. Glasdörrar till toa och dusch. Är man känslig eller pryd-välj ett annat hotell. All lukt går direkt ut till sovrummet. Handfatet är öppet mot sängen, kändes inte så fräscht. Men OM man kan bortse från det så är hotellet riktigt bra och ligger nära stranden. Personalen är toppentrevlig. Fick betala 8 euro när vi checkade ut fast vi betalat allt med kort. Men kom fram till att det måste vara en avgift de tog ut för att byta ut våra trasiga armband. Vilket heller inget informerade om skulle kosta. Restaurangerna och butikerna utanför ligger i pris som hemma.

Classy Bamboo

First time travelling to Mallorca and booked everything my self instead of through an agent so a bit neverous for sure..well the good news is nothing to fear..i was astounded at Hotel Bamboo..it should be 5 star as experience was amazing.. Yes the website pictures are real and more beautiful in reality. Arrived on a 7 day trip in early october and lucky with the sun bar last 2 days of rain but that was forecasted and took a trip to Drach caves. The hotel has been completely renovated and opened in May 2023 so it has a luxurious, relaxing and modern feel to it.Everything was spotless with great care taken by all staff. I stayed in double room with pool view..room was perfect for me with rainforest shower,lots of hot water,room cleaned and fresh towels each day,the old one door for shower and toilet wasnt an issue,free safe,smart tv,tea/coffee with kettle and 2 comp beers in the fridge..small balcony outside with a table and 2 chairs. Breakfast was a huge choice from full irish to all the healthy stuff..i stayed b&b so dont know what dinner was like. 2 lovely pools surrounded by loungers or bigger beds..water was cold in the hot sun which was nice..a lovely pool bar with food wagon on site which serves up tasty and well presented food. Cash,card or charge to room Theres also a well stocked gym and massage room too. Theres a lovely inside aera which does a selection of cakes and terrace facing the road for drinks until lateish. The location is 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and has a promenade walk of to the port. 45 mins at nice pace..Well worth the walk.Taxi about 8 euro one way. Plenty of bars restaurants shop etc with 30 seconds to 5 minutes pf the hotel..all the usual sports covered. I found the resort a very family orientated place,lots of couples but a good few solo travellers too and just found it ideal for a relaxing few days..would definitely go back again. Excellent value

Modern, clean and new hotel located a five minute walk from the beach and is on the main strip in Alcudia Come here with a friend for a few nights, the facilities are great a lovely swimming pool new gym with new facilities and the staff are very helpful Big shout out to Manuel who was always happy to assist with and requests. I will be back

Neat, welcoming and well designed

This is a welcoming and well-run hotel, just 5 minutes walk away from the beach. We went for the ‘half board’ option, which includes a buffet style breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is the same every day, and offers a wide selection of both hot and cold food, whilst the dinner changes every night. Have stayed quite a few hotels that provide a similar service and it must be said that the food here is a lot better than other hotels we have been to. The hotel facilities are clean and new (as it only opened in May) and it offers two pools to swim in, as well as a fairly well stocked gym. There were a couple small downsides, these being: 1. The toilet is small, and only behind blurred glass, so you’ll have limited privacy. This wasn’t too much of a problem as my partner and I live together anyway, but if you were a new couple (or something else) it could be a bit awkward. 2. There was one unhelpful staff member at front desk who didn’t really try to help when I mentioned to him we were confused about how our transfer works (as it wasn’t booked properly by our package provider). We had to come back later to ask someone else, who then went out of their way to help us sort it out. However, I have to say that every other staff member we met over the time we stayed were amazing, so this was just a one off. Overall, a really pleasant stay and would be very happy to come back here.

Nice and clean hotel

Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet place, fantastic breakfast and dinner-buffet, good meals in the pool-bar, friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small, but it had what I needed. I would come back again.
