Excellent hotel in present situation

We are staying at this hotel as the moment,rooms are very good clean modern very comfortable, the hotel is a bit out of the way but this us just w we want ,quite relaxing and x nice walk if we want. I have been pleasantly suprised that all the guests are wearing face masks everybody seems to use gloves at meals to handle the tongs.we were asked what times we would like to eat at,this is fine by me as it means there's space in the restaurant. Staff here are lovely very helpful always have smile , I COULDN'T figure out the air con as it was in Spanish reception sorted it out fir me stra away. When it comes to the food very European lots of choice it is a typical Canarian hotel buffet. If you want better go to an outside restaurant, We gave 6 data left if the rest are as good as we have now we will have had good holiday. So far in the time of covid this year we have been to France and Portugal this hotel does things well for the price point it is in.

Don’t book here

Where to start….. No food or drink on arrival. No kettle. Warm fridge. Same food daily that didn’t taste great. Cat city along with their faeces. Bar open at 11am no drinks until then. Adult only pool only available to specific rooms which you’re allocated. Shuttle bus that stops at 5pm so taxi daily for food outside the hotel. No entertainment of an evening and minimal drinks available. Ended up leaving 3 days early!

Fantastic week away

I would highly recommend this hotel to families with babies under 2 and couples. We took our 6 month old and upon arrival there was a cot in the room all ready, our room was opposite the children’s pool which was great so we were a few meters from our room which with the baby was very handy. The hotel is spotless as well as the pool area. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had originally booked half board but upgraded to all inclusive, the cocktails were fantastic as well as the other spirits - drinks not watered down and could actually taste the alcohol unlike some other all inclusive we’ve been on! There was a good variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner, I’d read some mixed reviews on the food before coming - people saying it was cold etc however we never experienced this. There are taxis’s which are cheap to get to the beach or Maspalomas town etc as well as a free bus from the hotel at certain times. Overall I couldn’t fault this and would definitely return.

Amazing!

I have booked a surprise holiday for my husband’s birthday . I have been looking online for so many days until I have found this place . The pictures with the place and hotel were looking nice and what made me book it was the reviews on tripadvisor . My husband didn’t knew where we were about to go until we got to the airport, he also had no idea of how the place will look like . We were both very impressed when we arrived. Rooms are clean and looking very chic and spacious , the staff is friendly and helpful , the pool is amazing . We opted for a half board but upgraded to all inclusive which was a bargain. Food was good and every day was something different. We only went for 4 nights , we were thinking to extend our holiday and stay more but unfortunately we had to go back to work. We are usually the type of people that like to visit new places BUT we are definitely going to spend another holiday here .

Fantastic Hotel !

The hotel is new,modern,nicely decorated and very cleaned! The piscine,the gardens and the surroundings are very beautiful! The personnel is helpful! The food in the breakfast and dinner was tasteful! They have free bus to the beaches! Although it was fully booked it was also calmly in the hotel! All in all very nice holidays in this hotel in Gran Canaria! We highly recommend it!
