Väldigt trevlig personal!

Hotellet ligger ca 3 min promenad upp på berget från hamnen vilket gör att det får en fantastisk utsikt över hamnen. Vi hade turen att få ett rum med en liten balkong och havsutsikt. Personalen var väldigt vänlig och hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde hjälp med. Frukosten var helt fantastisk med ett stort utbud av klassisk hotellfrukost men också grekiska specialiteter!

Not the 5 star resort we paid for!

Checked in and immediately the challenges began. First no hot water. Apparently a system problem that was to take 30 minutes to fix. 1 hour later still no hot water. Then after a cold shave and shower sit down on my patio to relax to find a swarm of ants in the patio wall. Another call to the front desk to be told they will send the cleaning lady. I suggested the exterminator which got a “oh OK”.

Great stay for the two of us !

My wife and I spent three nights here earlier this month. The location was great (walking distance to multiple restaurants and beaches), the facilities were great (valet laundry, spa, jacuzzi, pool), and the staff was fantastic. If you stay here while you're in Mykonos, you'll have no regrets ! Because these rooms were booked for us as part of a larger arrangement, I can't really comment on the value proposition.

Wonderful

We are a family of 4 (with teenagers) and we all loved this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our rooms were clean, nicely appointed; location is wonderful. Hotel has a small, rocky beach and we enjoyed it nevertheless. Breakfast buffet was outstanding: so many selections, everything was tasty, fresh with so many choices. I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional service

We stayed at this hotel in September. As soon as we walked in the hotel we were greeted warmly by the ladies at the front desk. They were very helpful and made recommendations. Customer service at this resort is excellent! The buffet breakfast was superior. They offered eggs, greek cheeses, halva, fresh fruit and greek pastries. I highly recommend this hotel.
