The only complaint about this hotel (which is not a complaint) was there was no teaspoon in the room. Otherwise perfect

Myself and my partner stayed at the Princess from the 2nd to 7th October 2023.. Firstly, the hotel is in an amazing location. The nearest bar is 30 seconds walk across the road and many restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes walk.. The beach is around a 7 minute walk.. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist, who ran us through the hotel and facilities.. Check in took around 5 minutes and we were shown to our room.. Hotel is clean and modern and we were very happy with the room. After the first night, we asked for extra pillows at reception, which when we returned to the room were on the bed. Food and drinks in the pool bar were reasonable priced, with lovely staff who could not do enough for you.. My only complaint (which is not really a complaint) was that there was no tea spoon in the room with the cups and kettle.. Overall, I would give the hotel 9.5 out of 10.. We were so happy with the Princess Hotel, we have booked to go back in May next year.. It is in such an amazing location. This is 2nd trip to Zakynthos this year and will be back many more times.. Thanks very much to all of the staff, who made our stay a wonderful experience. See you again next year..!

Would highly recommend if issues with shower resolved

Lovely hotel very modern staff very nice particularly Maria on reception and Aras ? In the bar breakfast was ok my only major concern was the shower unit im disabled and cannot bend to clean bottom on the tray on my last night just b4 getting ready to go for dinner I slipped on this fell very badly from unit and banged my head on door this left me very shaken n my back is extremely painful this is a genuine risk and I'm highlighting it b4 someone is seriously injured or worse other than that our beds n towels changed every day also floors washed every day food at poolside very nice there's a very friendly vibe with other residents its in an excellent location at the older end of the resort wit beautiful tavernas nearby reception called taxis no problem if we needed to venture further all in all I had a lovely time however wouldn't return purely due to safety in shower I was given a ground floor room as requested due to mobility its just a shame about shower issue otherwise I'd return in a heartbeat

Great holiday again

Fantastic 9 nights in the princess. 2nd visit to the hotel , and great again . Don’t listen to the bad reviews , staff and hotel are great . You do have to reserve ur sunbed in the morning . If people reserve beds and don’t use them. , the towels will be removed , which is fair enough . Breakfast Is great , all fresh and kept topped up . A lovely 10 minute stroll to the beach , and literally 30 seconds and ur on the Main Street if bars and restaurants . We will return next year . Thanks all at the Princess for a lovely holiday

Avoid Avoid!!!

We have just returned from another fantastic holiday in Tsilivi, only marred by the experience in this hotel! I have NEVER stayed in such an awful place. On arrival we were shown to our room, our first impression was it looked nice, bright and with modern decor. Alas! Once we started to unpack I realised there was no room for our clothes just a wardrobe and a shelf with a kettle and 2 cups, not even a spoon! No tea coffee or sugar.We were forced to put our clothes on the suitcase stand. Luckily we always bring our own tea bags but thought it very strange that we hadn't got these in the room especially as on arrival we had to pay an extra €42 as it had just been upgraded to a 4 star hotel??? Then the bathroom,it was OK but noticed that the shower tray all along the bottom edge was very scaly looking as though it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. The toilet had the same staining also. Not to be put off we commenced on enjoying our holiday. Day 2, arrived back at the hotel after a lovely day on the beach. Dirty tea stained cups not replaced by the cleaners just a clean sheet & bins emptied. Day 3, No clean cups bathroom not touched, and in 14 days they still never wiped the bathroom mirrors! I went to reception to ask for clean cups and asked to speak to the manager. Receptionist said she's not here today but I'll take your contact details and she'll ring you. No phone call. Went again the following day and asked why she hadn't contacted me. I was told she's not here until 8pm. We went out for dinner at 7-30 so said I'd speak to her the following day. Actually caught up with her the following day. I asked her why the cups weren't replaced daily she replied 'oh it's not just you, we don't replace anyone's cups throughout their stay!!! I couldn't believe what she said!!! Also told her about the lack of cleaning in the bathroom but apart from getting clean cups for the following 2 days nothing else changed. After my complaint I felt I was being watched and felt intimidated so kept out of the hotel as much as possible. Needless to say I will never return!

Princess Hotel Tsivili Fantastic hotel, staff and family

Ive just come from a weeks stay at the Princess Hotel for my mum and dads 50th wedding anniversary and I haven’t got a bad word to say. Babbis, Spiyros and the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was very good, the hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are also very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend a frape every morning from the hotel bar. The hotel has music in in the bar all day and finishes at 1am. The music isn’t loud and you defo can’t hear it if you go to bed early. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing and welcoming holiday. Daz
