Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση.Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, η πισίνα είναι δίπλα στο μπαρ όπου μπορεί κάποιος να δοκιμάσει μεγάλη ποικιλία από ποτά, κοκτέιλ και αναψυκτικά.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα!!

SPIACEVOLE SOGGIORNO

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura dal 18 al 25 Giugno, prenotazione effettuata attraverso Booking.com. Ho prenotato, pagato e ricevuto conferma per una camera vista mare. Al nostro arrivo in camera abbiamo notato che la camera non solo non era vista mare ma si affacciava su una struttura costruita su un ampio terrazzo di proprietà della struttura distante dalla ringhiera del nostro balconcino non più di 5m. Quindi dalla nostra camera potevamo godere di una fantastica vista 'muro' anzichè vista mare come avevamo richiesto e che ci era stata confermata. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception e la ragazza di turno in quel momento ci ha detto che la prenotazione era stata fatta attraverso Booking.com e che quindi non era un loro problema. Se lo desideravo potevo rivolgere a loro un reclamo. Ho chiesto che la camera fosse cambiata con un'altra, anche se non vista mare ma almeno non vista muro, mi è stato risposto che in quel momento non era possibile e di provare a sentire di nuovo all'indomani dopo che la referente avrebbe potuto parlare con il manager. Il giorno dopo un'altra impiegata dell'hotel mi ha ripetuto che non era un loro problema e che quindi niente poteva fare, ho chiesto di nuovo che mi fosse cambiata la camera ma mi è stato risposto che l'hotel era fully booked. Ho provato allora a fare una prenotazione on line, l'hotel non era evidentemente completo viste le persone presenti, ed effettivamente aveva camera disponibili sia sul loro sito sia su Booking.com Sono rimasta per tutto il periodo nella camera vista muro, ho segnalato più volte il mio disappunto e la cosa in assoluto più sconcertante è che nessun dipendente dell'hotel tanto meno il manager/proprietario si sono degnati di scusarsi e mettere in atto una qualsiasi minima azione per riparare al disagio di un cliente. A parte questo increscioso incidente devo dire che la struttura presenta molte pecche: la prima sera non c'era acqua in camera e pertanto non era possibile utilizzare il bagno, la sera alle 19:00 spesso abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda perchè l'acqua calda non arrivava, la sala colazioni molto piccola in relazione al numero di camere spesso era sovraffollata ed è stato necessario attendere per poterci accomodare per la colazione. Unica nota di merito per il manutentore che si è sempre fatto in 4 per risolvere i vari problemi tecnici che di volta in volta si sono presentati

Lovely quiet hotel

Lovely hotel in a very quiet location and was great for the 4 days that we stayed. Rooms lovely and clean and bed was massive and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and great choice of food. Salt pool clean and tidy,great for a swim and dip to cool off .Somia was amazing at the pool bar and also at breakfast. Hotel on a steep slope so hard when it was so hot.

Faulty Towers - AVOID

In relentless 29-32 degrees heat you'd expect air conditioning in a hotel. That was not the case here. There was no working air conditioning in this hotel. The air con unit in our room (6th floor) just blew hot air around and despite complaining that we didn't think the air con unit was working, we were met by the manager who was quite abrubt, rude and dismissive and said "this is how it is in my office". He sent an engineer that confirmed our unit wasn't working 8 days into our 2 week holiday and subsequently we were then upgraded to a more luxury room. Huge room without adequate furniture, no side tables, but with a modern bathroom. The air con was a bit better in this room but still not up to hotel standard. They provided a free standing fan to help alleviate the heat. I asked if we could receive a 2nd key card for the room to try and keep the room cooler for when we came back into it from outside but were refused, so every time we went out the room heated up immediately as the temperatures outside were soaring. Eating breakfast in the dining hall was awful. No breeze or air from anywhere. Another guest was also complaining about not being able to sit and eat breakfast comfortably due to the lack of air con. There was a huge commotion that morning which resulted in the manager stropping around the breakfast hall lots of other guests becoming upset, but no air con was provided. The breakfast was the same every day, a very poor selection of hot and cold food with a very sad looking fruit bowl. I asked for a poached egg one day and was told that the chef didn't know how to make one! I was shocked at the lack of friendly service I would expect from a hotel. I only ate lunch once at the hotel and had a really poor experience. I asked if I could swap out the cheese for chicken on one of only 3 salads offered by the pool bar and was told NO! The salads were all the same price and I explained that i'd be happy to pay extra to have chicken instead of the cheese. They still said no and suggested that I'd have to order a whole chicken curry with rice meal and chop up the chicken fillet to put in my salad. Very unfriendly staff in comparison to the wonderful experiences we had in all the other restaurants we visited in Skiathos during our stay, where the service was always excellent and staff were accommodating and friendly. There was only one lovely member of staff at the hotel. A young girl that worked on reception. She always greeted us with a smile and did her best to help us where necessary. The other female receptionist was dismissive, unfriendly and should't be 'front of house' To summarise I would suggest avoiding this hotel and booking an apartment with proper air con and save your money to buy your own breakfast elsewhere or to prepare your own

Great location to explore from,or just chill taking in the views.

Welcomed by two lovely helpful ladies on reception. Our room had the most comfortable bed, pillows too and crisp fresh white bed linen.The ladies that changed towels and cleaned the room each day did a wonderful job,they were very friendly too. From our balcony was the most amazing sea view,magical infact.The pool was a great size to swim in and the terrace looks over to the sea view too.Never too busy,so plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas too.Breakfast choices always avalible and replenished by the attentive staff when needed.The bar staff ,Marios and Sonia serve you with a smile and always happy to give you their knowledge on the area to help with directions or suggestions and places to visit and how to use the buses.There is a small ferry taxi to take you to skiathos town which is 4 euros, taking 15 to 20 mins ,which you are able to get from the beach a 10min walk away,the times are written by the bar.A very peaceful,relaxing area .
