A little bit of heaven

Thanks for a great two week stay, Vangelis and his staff made me very welcome and couldn’t do enough for me, the hotel is lovely, spotless clean the pool and area is a heavenly place with fruit trees and beautiful flowers will definitely use this hotel again already booked for next June !!

Great week in a great hotel in a great area

We stayed at this hotel from 9/9 for a week the room (12b) was really nice all the furnishings were new and the bathroom and the shower was big, the best ever bed I have slept in whilst being on holiday. The staff were really nice from the cleaner to Vangelis the owner , Spiros was great with us after a few mishaps getting locked out of hotel was one of them. the pool area and the gardens could do with updating and the grass cutting and trees pruning am sure Vangelis will be looking at this in the not too distant future, the pool waterline mark could do with bleaching and scrubbing as it was green even though it was the liner that was marked and not any fungus on it I am hoping to return next year for two weeks when the flights are out and I would definitely stay here again it was very peaceful no road noise and a two minute walk to the front, thank you for a lovely stay. The only thing I would suggest it to get rid of the sandwich maker and coffee machine and swop for a toaster. Thank you Anne and Julie.

Great location and very peaceful

For me this hotel was great. Excellent location few minutes walk from bakery, tavernas, supermarkets, peaceful away from hustle and bustle of Parga. The room was extremely clean, nice good quality bedding and towels all changed regularly and room cleaned daily. Vangelis the new owner is so very helpful and very polite - his catchphrase “anything you need please ask”. Which I did , hairdryer , in my room within the hour. Fridge, sandwich toaster, kettle, cups, glasses spoons, all I needed for my stay. Spiros is very helpful, wealth of knowledge and again very, very helpful. The lady who serves breakfast, cleans rooms is also lovely smiley. Room size great , nice flat pack furniture, good curtains . The shower for me room 17a took a few seconds to heat up but gosh the water piping hot. The shower cubicle is small but it’s what Vangelis has inherited from previous owners and he has huge plans for total refurbishment……….. Check out the new single storey villa in hotel grounds very luxurious. I would say this hotel is on the up and will be much sought after , for location etc. Finally much has been said of the breakfast, yes it is continental bread , cheese, ham, butter, coffee/tea sweet preserve - and you can ask for more if so required. Again personally it was fine , I was ill and eating food prior to my medication was ok. Lastly if you want 5star then you pay 5star prices. For me simple, Greek hospitality worked well. Little Gem

Great location with supermarket, pharmacy and bakery 2 mins walk, bars and restaurants on route to the beach which is 8 mins walk and Parga Memories rooms are clean with spacious balcony little confused about facilities as it advertised kitchenette, kettle. No kitchen or kettle facility in fact a coffee machine and a toasty but no cups, plates or cutlery. Quickly rectified though the following day as we were provided with cups plates and knifes so excellent service. Once the bar is open and pool area refurbished this place will be a secret gem. I would stay here again in room 3R as fantastic view of mountains and castle and large corner balcony.

POOR - REAL DISSASTER

Maybe the worst hotel that I've been in my life, (and I've have visit almost every summer place and islands in greece) first impression and other reviews seems fine, but not the reality:) Spiros the owner speak just 3 words in English, Very nice - So kind - Beautiful. And what's BEAUTIFUL here?? My car was hit,(NO one take the responsibility for that, NO parking, (he say it's my parking _ NO! He rent the parking place to the town, he take money from the town for that place, so you will not find parking. Because its not reserved for him 🙂.. And the PARKING its not in front of the thing he call hotel. Breakfast its same everyday, and it's miserable. NO kitchen, I've ask to boil water for my 3 year boy for 5 min, they don't allow me, NO shampoo in the bathroom (they say to me, tomorrow) hahaha.. First day is ok with the words he knows: very nice, so kind blaa blaa compliments and you say to your self, this gonna be nice, but after that begins the reality :) Highly recommend to visit Parga, i will recommend for all , but not this hotel please..There is many nice accommodation in Parga, unfortunately not this hotel. Ohh i forgot they have swimming pool too :) please try it, its nice if you want to go in hospital with allergy. Also need to mention Spiros it's a rainbow guy, if you understand me :) Good Luck!
