Great stay with exceptional service

Currently staying at the Marriott Resort, Palm Jumeirah as a family of 2 adults and 1 child aged 7. The hotel is brand new and absolutely gorgeous, not one thing out of place. Everything is immaculate! The staff are awesome and can’t do enough for you. They really are trying to make this hotel become one of the best for service in Dubai. I would like to shout a few out here…reception staff/check in man (forgot his name!) who managed to get us early check in at 9am instead of the standard 3pm with upgraded room to sea view at no extra cost. And also making our 7 year old son feel so special by provided him with his own in resort passport ;) Cecilia, Stanley and Niharika in Levanteva Restaurant for always getting us a great table and making sure all of our fussy needs are met. Pradeep and Kamal by the pool for their exceptional service including managing to get us beds by the pool even when full! But most of all, by a long mile, is Anil at Guest Services. His service, attitude and attention to detail is second to none. He really goes above and beyond and is making our stay exceptionally special. He has arranged many perks and extras for us and always goes out of his way to phone our room or come over at reception to see if there is anything more he can do for us! Feels like a personal butler…100% top guy! Would highly recommend a stay at this resort. Tip: ask for Anil when you get to reception.

Best trip ever ! I am amazed with the service done by JOSHUA and AMIT ! May God bless them and reward them for taking take of me, I love you guys so much !They made my journey better every single day and this is priceless actually ! I really felt home as I was alone… this experience in that place and especially with those guys, was one of my best experience ! Once again, I wanna thank both of you for being so nice with me ! You are the best and I can’t wait to come back and see you again. Love you guys so much and see you soon ♥️

I have spent the whole day at the beach of Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah Hotel. It was amazing. Comfortable sun bends with umbrellas, good service, tasty food. Thanks a lot for this experience and good sunny day.

Short family break

Great break, with excellent food and service. The Executive Lounge was fantastic, the staff in lounge were exemplary and nothing was too much trouble. The pool and swim up bar were lovely. Great location for a pool / beach holiday.
