
Customer Relation Representatives
As a Customer Relation Representative, you will be a vital part of the operations at our Contact Center abroad, delivering exceptional customer service both online and over the phone according to established guidelines and processes. You will become an expert in all the destinations covered by the Contact Center, knowledgeable about local traditions, customs, religions, and events. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity by addressing customer needs and resolving their problems. Additionally, you will work toward meeting sales targets by promoting ancillary products and services. This role also involves regular collaboration with stakeholders at the destinations you serve, including hotels, suppliers, and other employees.
Knowledge requirements
Education: Completed 3-year upper secondary education
Work Experience: Experience working in a Call/Contact Center or Customer Service role
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, including the Microsoft Office suite
Driver’s License: Valid Class B driver’s license
Language Skills: Fluency in a Scandinavian language, along with fluent spoken and written English

To succeed in this position, you should have strong communication skills in both your native language and English, with the ability to express yourself clearly in both writing and speaking. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess good problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently is essential, along with being customer-oriented and business-minded. Academic qualifications, a background in tourism, and fluency in an additional Scandinavian language are also considered advantageous.
