Fabulous hotel

Enjoyed a lovely week at the Paradisus. Our room was very comfortable and kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. You could not fault the staff for their politeness and work ethic but a special thanks to Sara who worked at The Shack. She was very helpful and always had a smile for her customers. We sampled the buffet which had a wide variety of food, the Italian restaurant which was very good and the Kanna restaurant which was lovely, although as we don’t like raw fish, weren’t able to have a starter with our evening meal as that’s all they had on offer. The menu is slightly different during the day and it was very good. The Shack has good food, served on a lunchtime and until 5 pm. All in all, I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending this beautiful hotel.

Absolute Luxury!!!!

I often travel on business and have spent time in 5* hotels but, I haev never had an experience like this. From the second you arrive at the enterance you know you are in a luxury resort. I came here with an open mind as I had read mixed reviews and was a little nervous. After 2 weeks here I decided to extend for naother 2 weeks. I was with my brother and we opted for the Reserve upgrade and it was worth every penny. Daniel who works on the guest experience desk made our stay even better. Just when you think they have gone ober and above in walks Daniel and makes it even better. He introduced us to the hotel, took us a walk round. Showed us the different places to eat, how to use the app to make booings for restaurants. Every day with a smile on his face always asking what else he can do. There are some restaurants that you need to book and my advice is "book because the food us absolutely deliscious" the service and attention to detail is first class. Upgrading to the Reserve we got a room on the top floor and the views of the ocean were breath taking. The room was large, great shower (this is one thing I always like in a hotel) a bath tub and everything more you would expect. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows also. The TV is excellent with lots of information and casting facility. Let's not forget the ladies who take clean the rooms every day and the turn down service. They do a great job, excellent, the rooms are always spotless!!!! Where this hotel excels is the variety of food, service and the luxurious surroundings. The staff are a great asset. Daniel at the guest experience desk really went above and beyone, nothing was a problem for him. There is a lady who works in the reserve area who I do no tknow her name but she is a star too!!! I was nervous mostly about the food after reading the reviews however, no complaints here it was just fantastic in every way. Can't wait for my next visit !!!!!!!!!!

Tranquil oasis at the Paradisus Gran Canaria

We recently enjoyed a serene stay at Paradisus Gran Canaria and wanted to share our positive experience. The hotel decor is neutral and aligned with the island’s volcanic inspiration. Our room (no 102) was spacious and minimalistic. The bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. The adults-only ‘RESERVE’ provided a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The pool area offered a serene space for sunbathing with refreshing drinks and snacks brought to our sunbed by Maevelys throughout the day. Breakfast in the reserve was a calming experience, thanks to the excellent staff (Kristina, Rita, Irene, Irena, Joana, Yesenia and others I apologise if I haven’t mentioned by name) and delicious food. The Kanna and Mascalzone restaurants also stood out, offering a lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. The 24-hour Ginger Bar was a relaxing spot for evening drinks. We would recommend booking the restaurants on arrival to avoid disappointment. Also, the staff were very happy to accommodate any changes to the varied menus. I had the Phytomer facial in the Spa with Claudia, and it was 90 minutes of pure bliss. I would go as far as to say one of the best facials I have ever had. The grounds were immaculate, and with the beach being in-front of the hotel there was a lovely leisurely walk along the promenade to Playa Del Ingles, which added to the overall charm of the location. The hotel provided a perfect blend of tranquility, quality dining in the restaurants, although the Gastro Buffet was very disappointing, and beautiful surroundings, making it an ideal destination for a peaceful getaway.

Awesome kids club

Pedro of the kidsdom is the best entertainer we ever met.. his energy is endless and he is so great with the kids. We will be back for him one day!! The hotel is super new, fresh and the serve really nice cocktails.. we love it! Best recharge place ever..

5 stars facility magnified by a loving and professional staff

We had a fantastic experience at Paradisus Gran Canaria! The entire staff is welcoming and warm and very helpful! A special thanks to Daniel at the destination concierge. He is the best ! Ana at the spa has magical hands !!! A great facility is nothing without the loving touch of its staff! Gregory
