Hotellet: 4 **** Bar: Testade den inte. Restaurang: Testade den inte. Rum: 3*** Bodde på våning 2 mot poolen. Rummet (standard) var väldigt litet men ganska fräscht. Dock finns det väldigt lite krokar att hänga saker på. Ingen strykbräda eller skohorn finns. Badrum 3*** väldigt litet, 2 personer får inte plats samtidigt. Frukost: 5 ***** Frukosten är väldigt bra. Det mesta finns Säng: 1* Stenhård säng, ingen bäddmadrass som gjorde den lite mjukare. Ett så här pass dyrt hotell borde kunna erbjuda skönare sängar. Pool: 4**** Stort o fint poolområde Balkong 3*** 2 stolar 1 bord finnns

Amazing hotel in Puerto Banús, Marbella’s most exclusive port

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hard Rock Marbella. The vibrant atmosphere with live music created an amazing vibe. The service was incredibly attentive, and the rooms were not only clean but also charming. The hotel boasts both an amazing infinity pool and a sizable main pool, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the proximity to Puerto Banus, Marbella's exclusive port, and the abundance of shops around made it a fantastic location. The delicious food added the perfect finishing touch to a memorable experience.

Perfect stay

Staff were all amazing! Nothing we couldn’t find or do while we stayed. Everything you need you can get it here. So clean and everything just right. Even when it’s winter and not so warm pool is open, what more could you want.

A little disappointing.

We booked our November 4 night stay back in March and paid in full for two platinum suites as we were celebrating a special birthday. As we were sat waiting for our airport taxi we had a telephone call telling us the hotel was cancelling us and offering us the the Melia Marbella instead! I had received an email to this effect the week before but after contacting hotels.com was assured that all was well with our booking! During the latter telephone call I was told that Hard Rock hotel was closed for 2 days in the middle of our stay. My husband called the hotel to be told that they had actually double booked our rooms on the first night!!!! I can honestly say I expected better if this brand especially given that I’d paid for both rooms in March!! We ended up staying at the Melia for our first night then moving to HRH the next day. We were upgraded to a rock suite and given a voucher for a drink. On reflection we lost a full day of our holiday, paid for a taxi to transfer us from the Melia and spent two hours on the phone sorting this mess out! The ‘extras’ given by HRH didn’t really cost them anything did they? Once we had settled in we found the hotel lovely, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was great and the pool area was clean & tidy. The hotel location was within an easy walk to the beach and harbour. This would have been a 5* review had they not messed this reservation up!

Great experience

I highly recommend this hotel. You can enjoy the fabulous memorabilia of famous artistes the minute you walk through the doors. The staff are helpful and friendly and we received an unexpected VIP check in service. The suite we had was a platinum. Always maintained by the housekeeping staff, and any addition requests were catered for. The breakfast was varied with choices, and the dinner excellent, again with so many choices. Requested a late check out with the VIP staff member who happily arranged this allowing a further 2 hours. What more can I say. Thanks to all at Hard Rock Marbella. I will be back.
