We at Apollo love to see pictures in social media of our customers travelling with us, and we may request to share these pictures/videos in our own channels. The pictures are mainly published on our website to give our other customers a glimpse of the experience. They might also be published in our other channels, for example Instagram, Facebook and newsletters.
By responding to our request with the hashtag #YesApollo, you agree to the following:
You provide DERTOUR Nordic AB, corporate ID 556306-1653 (Apollo), a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use any content you have responded with #YesApollo, hereinafter referred to as ”picture", in their marketing and / or advertising, including in the gallery on the website, social media channels, newsletters and other marketing purposes.
You certify that you own all rights to your pictures, you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your pictures to transfer the rights herein, and certify the use of your pictures by DERTOUR Nordic AB (Apollo) will not violate any third party's rights or violate any law.
Hereby, you release DERTOUR Nordic AB (Apollo) from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above described uses, thereby freeing and agreeing to keep DERTOUR Nordic AB (Apollo) and all persons acting for DERTOUR Nordic AB (Apollo) from all claims, including claims from third party, claims and liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
