Underbar oas

Mycket välskött och trevligt hotell med mysig layout. Buffen var väl ok men inget speciellt. Poolen och aktiviteter mycket bra. Fantastisk utsikt från hotellet om man bor högt upp på berget

Amazing at lagas Aegean

Lovely quiet hotel with amazing sea view. Staff and management were faultless polite and helpful. Room was very spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner lots of choices and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again. Great for walking, cycling on hired mountain bikes or just chilling around the pool or on the beach directly in front of the hotel.

A lovely break - fabulous views

I was a bit unsure prior to my visit due to mixed reviews, however we had a great holiday and the staff were very freindly and helpful. We were in the very top room at the top of the hill 602 , the only problem is the hill really , although the mini bus is running constantly to take you to an from the complex and rooms. The plus to this is the view from every room is amazing The rooms were clean and had everything you could require. The long trousers in the on an evening is strictly enforced so ensure you have long trousers with you if you want to eat at the hotel . The ppol snack bar serve excellent meals too during the day The entertainment team were great - however a new dart board and darts is required for 'killer darts' on an afternoon All in all a lovely holiday , food, staff and hotel all really good.

Amazing

Beautiful hotel. Staff are friendly and always there to make sure your happy. We arrived and was given a apartment with no sea view what we booked, there was no problem and given a room with amazing sea view. The bus transport to and from your hotel was amazing. Food Beautiful always had plenty of choice. We definitely booking next year x

Good and also strange

Starting with the good points, this is an attractive hotel set on the hillside with a lovely pool area, lots of Sun loungers, attractive gardens and good games facilities. The beach is just across the road and it’s a 20-30 min walk into Kardamena town. Now for the strange things. Men have to wear trousers for dinner but women can wear shorts… You cannot charge anything to your room and pay at the end. Every single thing, drink or whatever has to be paid as you go The food is okay but not great and extremely repetitive. At dinner there is always the same options. Starting from one end there will be 2 pasta dishes, fish, a meat dish, rice , tinned carrots, another veg (usually sprouts) and finally a meat being carved EVERY day. The self service restaurant at lunchtime is like a school canteen where you walk round and help yourself , pay at the till and then a hovering waitress will carry your tray to the table. Why not have the staff who are mostly waiting around actually serve you? There is an elderly man clutching a phone who surveys all this and then at dinner watches through the restaurant door before coming in and going out again, several times. Again s little odd. Entertainment is ok but repetitive: 2 music quizzes a couple of days apart and karaoke and the legendary Lindsey and Prince with more music and singing. Overall a good value hotel but could be great with a few tweaks.
