Решили поделиться своими впечатлениями об отеле . Были семьей в троем , 6 ночей . Все что понравилось - это комната и чистота , большая комната на троих ‘ хорошие кровати и очень жарко . Девочки - уборщицы просто супер . А теперь о минусах Расположение - прямо на дороге , очень опасно - одни грузовики . Отель предлагает трансфер , но только до подьемника Солико , но если ты хочешь дальше доехать , то упрямый водитель готов поехать за 20 лари . Трансфер - это убитая машина , если водитель видит , что уже собрались 5—7 человек , он спокойно может уйти в отель минут на 15, а ты стой - мерзни . Этот водитель - он же техник во всем отеле .отдельно о СПА - нужна предварительная запись , вы придете ко времени в СПА , но это не значит , что вы насладитесь джакузи - персонал забывает про вашу запись и тот самый водитель - техник не включает и не готовит САУНУ и Джакузи для посетителей. Итак из 4 раз ,в Спа мы попали только один . Ресторан и завтрак - однообразный завтрак , никакого выбора . Пару вечеров поужинали в отеле - только суп был вкусный . Еда пересоленая и не вкусная . Вывод - никакого сервиса и гибкости в общении администрации отеля. Больше этот отель мы не выберем .

Good budget hotel. Please be aware that no air conditioning in rooms, you need to ask for fans, during July August Breakfast buffet is ok, not much of variety other than breads. The vegetables are so fresh and tastes great.

A good hotel with nice rooms and really nice to have a balcony even though they are small. We arrived late in the evening and went to Restaurant Paski for a drink, good restaurant. Then we went to the buffet in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was not very exciting and that also applies to the breakfast the next day.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. The breakfast was disappointing—there was no decent coffee and the croissants were the worst I've ever had. The reception staff were unhelpful, and I was surprised to learn they didn’t even know where the closest ski lift was. The restaurant also didn’t impress, and I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, I wouldn't suggest staying here if you're planning a ski trip. It was far from the experience I was hoping for.

Pathetic cancellation policy

Pathetic, I booked and cancelled 3 weeks in advance but they refused to refund me. Apparently they have a 'No Refund' policy. I have tried to follow up to get my money back, making several requests on phone and email, and also via booking.com. No response.
