Great Hotel
I am here with my husband while needing medical attention at a family clinic nearby. The hotel & club staff have been absolutely fantastic in taking care of not only our dining experience but going out of their way to help my husband in phone and internet transactions as well. We are forever thankful to Lan, Jamie, Joy, and Umie for their gracious and caring service. Also want to thank Vincent for helping my husband on arranging several short tour outings while I hang out at the hotel. It’s a great place to be for any occasion that brings one to Saigon.
Fabulous spot on the river!
I am a repeat guest as I travel to HCM for work 4-5 times a year. The team does not an excellent job making your stay enjoyable. The rooms are updated, and the food is good at the Plate and the lounge on 22nd. If you are lucky enough to have Fairy help you, she is terrific!

The hotel location is convenient as most of the places are at walking distance. The room are spacious and clean...Great hospitality... Staff is courteous and helpful. Special thanks to front desk officer Ms.Ha,for exceptional customer service.
Solid hotel offering with great views
Wonderfully located hotel overlooking the Saigon river. Our upgraded room had panoramic views of the river from the 18th floor. On 22 floor was the Club lounge serving very good food and drinks from 17:30, together with great views and very good service. There’s a large gym on 9th floor together with smallish infinity pool...again with great views. The pool is outside but partially covered providing some protection from any rain (although it was not heated). Breakfast was served in the main restaurant and was a huge buffet affair including stations for noodles, eggs, pancakes, fresh juices and coffee.
Not a good stay.Was better last time.
Previous visit was good but this time wasn’t good at all.Issue with the rate upon booking they ended up asking us to pay that days rate.even i booked few weeks in advance.Not fair at all.it was almost double the booking price.Check in experience was very bad.Titanium elite and upon check in they said can’t check in at the lounge because v have kid and the time was not even 5.30pm yet.No smile upon check in downstairs.no thank you for being elite member.very sour face. We had to shorten our stay.Luckily the room was good because i used suite night award.Hopefully they improve next time.
