Perfekt läge vid stranden

Hotellet var över förväntan. Lugn atmosfär, strandnära, god frukost med cava på buffén. Det var fantastiskt att kunna promenera direkt från hotellet ut på vandringsleden "The boardwalk". Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående och hjälpte oss bl.a. med hyrbil. Vi ville stanna längre.

This is a staff training hotel,best for short stay only

Location great but this hotel is more suited to short stay as lack of furniture in rooms ie no drawers, no shelves no coffee table no dressing table. We were eventually given a room with a bit more furniture but lost our sea view also had ants under the mini fridge, the cleaning was hit & miss The breakfast is somewhat chaotic as staff are being trained, the hot food is almost cold. The lunch time snack food is very poor quality & value This is not 4star, would definitely not revisit ,the staff on the whole were very pleasant.

Shame about the room location

We had a pool view room but it was disappointing room 102 really the view was the bar area and it felt very overlooked, it was near the doors to enter the hotel from the pool. We had people walking past all the time one guy even walked across our terrace. Wasn’t nice having the patio doors or curtains open you could see in the room from the bar. Staff are great and hotel is clean and bright.

Delicious breakfast in a quiet luxury environment

The hotel offers bed and breakfast, and we had a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We were upgraded to a large suite with a garden view and direct access to the pool area, which was amazing! The room was clean and well-appointed. The breakfast each morning was also delicious, with a wonderful variety of options to choose from. This was especially good for us, as we were traveling with young children. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable

Welcoming and kind

We had bed and breakfast at this hotel and the staff were so polite and kind! They even sourced a cork screw for me and let me keep it until the next morning so I didn’t have to come down again that night! Also welcome drinks were well needed after a 2 hour flight delay! The hotel is stunning. Sun beds all around and even in the pool which would be ideal on a hot day! Pestana south beach you are the best!!
