Prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal

Bra och välstädat hotell 🤗 . Personalen är supertrevliga , hjälpsamma och service inriktade både i receptionen och restaurangen. Det var mycket viktigt för dem att vi skulle trivas, njuta av vår semester. De hjälpte även till med tips på olika utflykter . Ett extra stort tack till Azhar , Raj och Azar för sin hjälpsamhet och gästvänlighet. Extra tack till den trevliga killen som städade vårt rum 523 under vår vistelse 29/11-8/12 2019 . Bilden nedan är bara ett exempel på hans konstnärliga talanger😊 ☀️// Jytte och Sabine

Goa trip

Good stay , well maintained . Excellent room cleaning services by service staff amol . Decent breakfast buffet , clean pool. The only negative thing was restaurant charges . They charge a service charge of 10% on food bill & GST 18% on food.

Our original plan was to stay in BloomSuites only for a day but we ended up staying for 4 days. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach and shops. The rooms are spacious and value for money.

Amazing stay in amazing goa

I really had a great time in Goa. Because my stay was a perfect one. I and my wife, we both enjoyed our stay in bloom suites Calangute, which is a wonderful property with pool, cafe and amazing rooms. I definitely recommend to book stay in bloom property, as being a constant traveler i myself found this property a comfortable one.

Unorganized and rude behavior of BloomSuites Calangute

The reason I booked a service with Bloom Suites was due to the stupendous service I received when I traveled to goa in 2019 and used your service in Bloom Hotels. However, I would be lying if I said that my recent stay with Bloom Suites was awesome. It was nowhere close to been Good as well. Yes, this is the all-round performance of your front desk, in room dining service and maintenance team. There was 0% coordination within your team. From the very first day it was haywire which I ignored but it snowballed into lots of issue. 1. Had upgraded from junior suite to executive suite and my money was not worth it. I was informed that some one would reach me once the room was ready. However I had to call the front desk when Noone reached me for an hour and then my room was changed. 2. Service time of food time like cold coffee took hours to reach to the room. 3. Front desk again; called and asked for toiletries on 16th at 5 pm and they never turned up. Had to goto the front desk and asl for it. 4. Front desk again; requested for a late check out on 16th June around 10.30 pm and it was agreed by the front desk to check out by 12 pm. However, next day I was asked to vacate the room by 11 am. 5. The final nail to the coffin was your MANAGER, at the time of check out there was a person who was standing who introduced as MANAGER and I shared my complaint but instead of empathy, he was hard rock and didn't offer any comfort. 6. The breakfast spread was very limited and repeated the same next day with majority of priority toward veg food and nothing for non veg other than egg. My 2018 trip with Bloom hotels, calangute included non veg items as well Don't waste your money on this hotel when you can get same service with other hotels like ibis etc.
