Completely lovely holiday all around excellent experience. The staff, rooms, pool, design, location and exceptional service. Everyone I encountered were the best. Wonderful customer service and facilities. As my husband prefers not to fly I holiday alone. I felt exceptionally safe and comfortable the interaction with staff was at all times friendly and positive. I’m returning to Cooks Club later this year as it really has the feel of a club not a faceless mega hotel. Thank you to everyone especially Danielle and the pool crew. An absolute credit to Rhodes

This hotel is absolutely amazing! This was my first experience in a Cooks Club hotel and it absolutely delivered! The location is perfect, nicely away from the centre of roads but easily accessible by bus (€3) or by car rental. Tambakio beach is a must! I would highly recommend hiring a car which is priced at €35 onwards. The lady who does the car rental from the hotel is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and lovely, I can’t recommend her enough. All of the staff were so amazing. They go absolutely above and beyond in their service and they are a credit to the hotel. The pool area was being cleaned frequently. Loved the bean bags for sun bathing and the sun loungers were great too. The swimming pool was great. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and the cleaners were so friendly. Towels changed everyday! There are buttons to press to request cleaning or ones to not disturb. The rooms are phenomenal. So spacious, modern and clean. Everything you’d need was in the room. My only complaint about the room was the shower. The whole bathroom gets wet once the shower has been used, however they did provide mats after the first night we were there! This was not major fault by any means. The shower pressure was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Great selection and some bits were changed out. We did not get bored of the breakfast during our 7 night stay and miss it terribly now we’ve left! We only ate a main meal there once, but this was phenomenal. Very well priced for the portion and the quality. Cocktails were amazing and well crafted. They have a mini market on site which is handy, with really good opening times. The music was great, mostly techno music that me and my partner loved! The music was not too loud at all, and was turned down appropriately throughout the night. The gym facilities were great for a hotel gym. This hotel is a really short journey from the airport too. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Me and my partner can’t wait to come back ❤️

Great

Really liked it there. It looks really beautiful and great at night . What really made the place special , was the staff. They were really friendly and would help you with whatever you wanted . I needed a space that i could do a live interview with the BBC on radio and they sorted me a space no problem. The host , Danielle was great .

Excellent stay very relaxing atmosphere

Cooks club is a nice relaxing atmosphere, went there with family to adults only hotel, food was lovely, no decent sausages for brekkie though but a great choice for every one, would recommend penne pasta and club sandwich, also grilled seabass, room was nice got a little chilly some nights, temps in May was 22 to 29 degrees, Only thing is the hotel is a bit out the way and have to travel for the old town, But it’s only 3 euros Overall it’s excellent and would return to a very clean well run hotel

Lovely welcoming hotel

Very well maintained, very clean. Staff are super friendly. Food is up there with the best and portion size is too,the drink prices I thought were a bit pricey.... 5 euro for a coke can sized draft beer with spirits starting at 8 euro.coffee of all things coming in at 4.5 euro even for a small cappuccino. Very relaxing environment if that is what you are after as area is quiet. Fantastic English is spoken throughout the staff so if you have any issues then there will be no problems there as they are all more than happy to help. Hotel is a ten minute bus ride into rhodes town of which bus stop is outside hotel on main road at 3 euro. The area itself is sparse for taking a stroll and stopping for food and drink but that can add to the overall experience of chilling out. Being only a year old the hotel is fresh and inviting but does in my opinion come with little flaws here and there with its overall running, flaws that we all could pick up on differently. All in all we enjoyed our stay ,it is a nice place.
