23 Key Suites cancelled our booking without any notice or explanation!

Please avoid booking 13 Key Suites as they have cancelled our booking we made months ago and paid for in full without no explanation only a week before we are due to go to Lefkada! They have not offered us any help to find alternative accommodation, and they have not even offered us compensation as now we are finding any other accommodation is twice the price so near to our holiday date. They have godly ignored my emails asking why they have cancelled my booking. I called them to ask for an explanation and the lady at 13 Key Suites was so rude to me on the phone and told me she would speak to the owner and get them to call me but I have received no response. It is an awful way to treat people. We are now left with no alternative accommodation and still waiting for my full refund which I have been told it could take up to 12 days! They have held my money for 3 weeks! You have been earning interest on my money you have taken weeks ago. Shame on you! So please, do not book this hotel as you might end up with no place to stay at short notice and waiting weeks for your money back.
