Fantastiskt hotell som får 5+++

Ett fantastiskt nybyggt hotell som vi ger 5+++. Lugnt vid poolen och fräscht överallt. För en gång skull var det inte ett paxande av solstolar utan det fanns plats för alla som önskade, antingen runt poolerna eller vid havet. Personalen var outstanding med alltid ett leende och oerhört hjälpsamma. Rummen var stora och hade allt, möjligen lite fler krokar hade varit önskvärt. Nära till havet utan att gå över en väg och bra med restauranger i närområdet. Tog taxi till gamla stan och Marinan och det kostade 6 Euro.

Fantastiskt fint hotell!

Vilket fantastiskt nybyggt hotell! Rummen är så moderna och vackra i din design och hotellområdet är lugnt. Frukosten var makalöst god och middagen var i samma höga klass. Personalen är på tå för att ge gästerna bästa service. Hit åker vi gärna fler gånger!

Beautiful Hotel, just could improve on dinner meals

Booked this hotel as it was just due to open and didnt know what to expext. We chose All Inclusive option as wanted just to relax and not think where to go for meals every evening. From arriving to the hotel, we were really impresed with the decor, with the staff and the atmospher. The roooms were as per pictues, really beautifully decorated and clean. Very comfortable beds to sleep. The breakfast was nice, the lunch option on the beach was really lovely, where staff takes your orders and just brings to you. Another point to make the hotel has access to its own beach, so all beds are available for free, which again was very. This hotel is more for older kids, from 12 years only where we felt more like in adult only hotel. The only thing which we thought could really be improved is dinner, even though we are not very picky eaters and there was always plenty of food, we really missed some sea food options and in general the food was just okay, nothing to rave about it. And have to give kudos to the staff, they always were very nice and there to help you. Would still come back to this hotel as whole family really had a good time.

Wonderful calm holiday in a spotless new hotel.

This hotel only opened in June 2022 so the facilities and buildings had a lovely new feel to them. We were there at the end of the season so it was quiet, but the staff were so attentive. The ambiance was very calm and hotel and surroundings by the pool and beach were spotless. The food was a very good quality and there was a wide selection which was wonderfully presented. All the staff were attentive throughout the hotel and the massages in the spa were very relaxing. The hotel is ideal for couples as no children under 11 are allowed to stay there. The hotel is right on the beach and only a very comfortable 3km walk along the beach front to the nearby town of Rethymno.

Heavenly amazing hotel!

We stayed at the hotel and had full board. The variety of food and drinks is really nice. The food is delicious and the stuff members are professional and friendly. The design of the hotel is very unique and impressive. The hotel has several pools and nice indoor pool, spa and jacuzzi as well. The spa treatments are amazing and the staff is super professional and kind! The hotel has free valet parking including indoor garage. The location is great and it is 20 minutes walk to city center. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel’s management and staff pay attention to every small details. Everything is perfect and we will be back soon. Thank you!
