Fantastiskt hotell!

Jag och min man spenderade 10 dgr på detta superfina hotellet i juli. Hotellet är intimt och man känner sig ”viktig” för personalen. Rummet var jättefint, restaurangerna perfekta och vi hade helt underbara dagar. Frukosten var toppen och det fanns allt man ville ha! Servicen var bättre än förväntat och alla var så uppmärksamma! Stranden var fin, stenig och man behöver typ badskor. Poolen var fräsch. Vi anv gymmet varje dag, det var ok men kan behöva lite fler kardiomaskiner och en liten uppdatering. SPA:t var bra och massageterapeuten toppen. Dock fanns det inget att se på TV och man saknade möjlighet att kunna se på typ Netflix. Vi har redan planerat att åka tillbaka och vi kan verkligen rek detta hotell!

Amazing

Wonderful hotel with excellent location Beautiful beach close to restaurants. Incredible views. Our hotel room was very comfortable and modern. The landscape was well maintained . The breakfast couldn’t be better 5 star service They even prepare a luncheon breakfast to take with us to the airport because we we’re going to miss it with our early flight.

Nice hotel

Best points: The staff - excellent service all round Grounds - well maintained and clean Food - quality and quantity - only comment is some of the cooked breakfast food seemed to go a bit cold quite quickly for some reason Great views from the mid - top rooms Points to consider if thinking of staying here (not all hotel faults as such) and in no order of importance: Any service tips to staff have to be cash only as the hotel billing system does not cater for electronic payments for this to be added once the bill is produced for signature and the staff are too polite to let you know this unless you ask. Hotel is set on a steep hill which makes for some energetic walking to the rooms at the top via the roadway or steps however, there are golf type buggies driven by staff that can transport you up or down on request. Pools are not heated - In early season (we went in May 23) that made them a 'very refreshing' 23* C (and thus not many swimming). Hotel a little remote - not a lot else around in immediate vicinity if you want to venture out and about. Don't walk on the road - the hotel is on a busy main coastal route with few paths and is considered dangerous by the locals. The green bus service is cheap to use to explore the whole island (stop for Northbound direction opposite hotel and for Southbound is down the road a little way). Note the buses are not actually green ! Taxis are quite expensive in my opinion. Trip to Messonghi (10 min drive) cost us 10 Euro each way and to Benitses (approx 15 minute max) was 15 Euro each way. Roadway can get busy and quite noisy at times so would not want to be in rooms at bottom part of hotel. Beach is more of a stony shoreline than an actual beach. Suffered from major purple jellyfish invasion whilst we were there so no way of swimming in sea despite being warm, crystal clear and inviting. The buffet restaurant seemed to allow a very casual dress code, some would say too casual for a 5* hotel. A la carte restaurant expected to be more formal, but still relaxed attire.

Beautiful view and great staff!

We arrived at the hotel after an easy 25 minute drive from the airport. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail and an invite to relax before checking in. As others have noted, the hotel is on a steep hill but they have the golf carts to take you up. We had a junior suite with jacuzzi on the balcony. The view was amazing! Suite was decent size as well. I had requested a room on a top floor as I am a very light sleeper. They honored my request and we were at the very top and the last room on the end! I would highly suggest Room 342 ( I think) for quiet and privacy. The staff not only got me that quiet room but was helpful in every request we had! Breakfast buffet I thought was very good . We did not do dinner there as it looked a bit on the pricey side. Note that there isn’t really much within walking distance but there are some restaurants within a 10 minute drive and the old town is about a 25 mint drive ( close to airport). As others have also commented, the beach isn’t really much to speak of but the pool area is nice and plenty of beautiful beaches nearby. I hate to have a complaint because they were so accommodating but as someone who is a light sleeper, the air conditioning was a bit strange as it sounded like the fan would turn on and off like every 10 minutes even though it wasn’t shutting off. It made it hard for me to sleep because it kept waking me up. But it wouldn’t deter me from going back!

Marbella nido suites hotel

The weather was not good, it influenced our mood. Our suite was very clean on arrival, we stayed 7 nights, but the floor and besides were neglected after that. The hotel manager, Amaryillis is constsantly welcoming guests at breakfast and dinner,the restaurant manager, is nice, but stressed, the staff have 'fixed' smiles they are all very nice people. Trying to earn a living. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner buffet for a 5* was poor. Taverna across the road is better. We stay at many 5* hotels, several times a year. This hotel did not meet our expectations.msrbella
