We always stay in this property its comfortable for the location and for me is the Bed, but fortunately the want that I love most got tragic to me that I got a lot of hair in the Bed itself, offering a room change in the middle of the night and bad thing is for the next day, that's like not a big deal for them , no one call for apology from management, look like it's a natural issue for them. Hope it's not happen to other guest. Specially this time Hygiene most important.
It's not a Hotel, it's our SECOND Home
The staff is the best, specially Mr.Amr, Ms. Yasmin and other front desk representatives. Rooms are clean, we have stayed almost for a month. And they been super friendly. Highly Recommended. Perfect spot for couple or family. Also the neighborhood is perfect with Mashreq Metro Station in few steps away. I was afraid that pool, gym or restaurant will be closed. But they are opened and they are taking care of Social distancing and other precautions very nicely.
Not so bad
The room was clean especially the bathroom,one thing is they dont have enough coffee amenities,1 sachet of nest cafe and sachet of sugar.breakfast box was quite ok but not empress at all,they bring a cup of coffee but without sugar.. Overall I rate 6 out of 10.
I was staying there few weeks ago and service did surprise me. Once you enter the hotel it took 10 min for security to check my temperature. i was just sitting in a lobby and no one approached me. After check in once we got to the room and asked for the water - the lady on the phone was very rude and informed us we need to pay for water, so we refuse to have it. For a dinner we decided to try one of the bar/restaurant, as the review seemed so good, i convinced my friend to not go out and increase F&B revenue for the hotel. Once we got to the place there was no one, like literally not even the staff, we had to use their service phone to call to reception and ask for someone to come. The selections of available items was small but we could deal with that. However what surprises me is that no one follows the simple rules- serve all food together. first she brought my dish after 10 min she brought my friends dish. it is simply awkward to sit and eat alone while other one is watching. I mean the place is clean, nice and goes for 3 star hotel, location is great, but the service. Its far from being okay. Sorry to say but not even a single staff was service minded. I would suggest to management to really reconsider the service strategy and assign more trainings.
Its a best deal rate to stay, simple and unique hotel. The staff are friendly especially Leon from reception he’s very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and spotless simple and comfortable. Room service food was fine, but taste is too salty and there’s no option for spicy food or extra chili sauce (for people who loves spicy). But overall nice hotel to stay 👌
