The staff are very welcoming, keen to help, always smiling to your face, and don't miss an opportunity to offer more than what you expect of your booking. The location is exceptional, and the beach is sandy. However, you will see reefs and swim with the colorful fish. Animation team is very active and has a lot of interesting activities all day. The whole hotel is clean as well. Probably you will see someone cleaning something if you look around. The food is very delicious and they indeed have very proficient chefs. Special thanks to Ahmed Ibrahim, Shiko, Mando (animation team stars) and Ahmed Elsayed, Ahmed Khaled (kind receptionists).

Hola everyone I had one of the best holiday ever in this hotel and I don’t know why people say this things about the hotel but actually you should come and see by yourself I had the best and I’m glad to meet Shiko I wish I can see you soon with my satalana song is my favorite song mondi come work with us in Poland

The best animation team ever!

The biggest advantage is the ANIMATION TEAM!!!! cultured, intelligent, cheerful, caring for guests, encouraging them to have fun, offering many activities in the pool and on the beach. Mido, Eto and their boss Mundo- the best ever!!!!!
